Wallbase or /wg/
I was having a problem with wallbase (sorted now) that the size of the window to display the scroll bar is too big, so I could only see the first 32. [IMG_THUMB]http://puu.sh/1YXY3[/IMG_THUMB]
Here we go. Updated to fit a bit better. [img_thumb]http://localhostr.com/files/ILrQ5iv/Untitled.png[/img_thumb]
My laptop and server have the same res. Its a bitch to do work on a screen that size.
That's the only size I've ever used at home and I'm very productive :v:

I always want to try centering my icons but then i don't know if they recenter as you open things which would just look bad
You guys and your intense screens. I am running the HP w19 at 1440x900. [thumb]http://hpparts.us/images/lcd4.jpg[/thumb] If anything - games run on very high with the Nokia 3310 resolution

Fuck you all with your fancy desktops! :downs: [T]http://derpnet.nu/scr/2013-02-08_18-50-02.jpg[/T]
I think you just broke my eyes
And fuck you, too? I guess?
[IMG_THUMB]http://puu.sh/1Ztc9[/IMG_THUMB] The colours really look nice on the IPS screen.
Looks over-saturated for me.
It is.

[t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64514745/Desktop.png[/t] I wonder why I carry a 8lb laptop to campus...*decides not to carry it today* While working on Solidworks, it freezes when you try to do a tangent filled surface due to school computers being old... *lugs a lead weight to school the next day* I do have a nice collection of about 1000 wall papers I've gotten over the years on /wg/, anyone interested in them?
I do have a nice collection of about 1000 wall papers I've gotten over the years on /wg/, anyone interested in them?
Yeah why not
Just don't post them all in the thread or something. Just put a rar or something on filesmelt/megaupload
guh-nome [t]http://horobox.co.uk/u/flubbernugget-_1360619705.png[/t]
doesn't that look bad with the seam in the middle
doesn't that look bad with the seam in the middle
It isn't directly in the middle keep in mind, left monitor is 1280x1050 and the right is 1680x1050
oh that's weird
It isn't directly in the middle keep in mind, left monitor is 1280x1050 and the right is 1680x1050
That actually sounds better than having two of the same size. When I had my two 17s, one was my main. Having that one wider but the same height would be sweet.
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/TWZF4Qq.jpg[/thumb] i love qbittorrent but it's icon is so fucking ugly and i cannot minimize it to the tray fuck
Just pin it to the taskbar and then change that shortcut's icon:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64514745/wg.rar Angus' wallpaper collection. (1091 total) Organization is pretty bad, there's images scattered everywhere. Most are 1920*1080, a few are in the 1650 size I believe. (and a few strange resolutions ones here and there) Apparently compressing images doesn't do a whole lot.
I'm looking to buy a new computer because at the moment I'm using a laptop and its getting pretty old but I don't know what make of computer I should go for? Or should I build my own because I'm not sure if it's cheaper to build one or just buy one already made?
For love of Christ build your own.
