None. It's essentially just gathering and displaying data in the simplest way possible.
Different skins make no difference to the resource usage either.

Which secrets would you like to know?

Everything except the RSS feed thing is Elegance 2 (Modified to have visible indicators, it has a transparent grey by default).
The RSS feed is from the Omnimo skin pack.

It depends. If they're in the rainmeter format, just open the file.
If they're in .rar files, you heve to export to the file where you sent the rainmeter data.
My path to the skin folder looks like this (your's may be different):
Documents>Rainmeter>Skins

I've gotten better about not having atleast 30 shortcuts and folders and have cut my numbers down significantly since being able to control my desktop rather than sharing it with 4 others.

I don't like the background gradient but i like the basic shape

I've always been more of a landscape guy myself. I just set up my laptop with a landscape wallpaper:

Only sometimes

The blue squares thing is a CPU overclocker, which is necessary with the A6-3400M on my laptop. Zscreen is only open when I need to share a picture and the rest is AV/Steam/Catalyst/Battery/Wifi and that kinda stuff
