How the fuck did you do that with Rainmeter? I've only ever seen it done with Conky/Geektool.
Looks like he cut out the mountain and using rainmeter he stuck it on top.
[B]To go in line with my Megaman nerdiness I have a set of wallpapers I made of characters from the Megaman Zero series that rotate every 10 seconds (30 seconds wasn't short enough for me)
If you want them for any reason (I severely doubt anyone here would want them because of ~ANIMUU~ but I guess I'll stick em here anyways) they're all here

thank you for bolding this for us i wouldnt have been able to read it otherwise
I bolded it because sometimes certain people (not you) tend to miss the text and only notice the line of images
I was trying to stupid-proof my post so no one would ask "omg whats the background/theme" when it's in the post
Edit:
That behavior was left over from posting on another forum a few years back where everyone had their heads stuck up their asses and missed anything you didn't spell out to them

Just downloaded this program called Docker, gives you a wealth of options concerning your dock.

For the clock (or other rainmeter skin) behind the mountain/whatever you want to do:
What you do is you set up a rainmeter skin that displays an image over your rainmeter skin, it's very easy to do.
Essentially I followed this, which I found this linked from another website):
http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=rainmeter&order=9&offset=48#/d47ca8i
and the actual script/file, this was a link in that page:
http://pastebin.com/WDijthsf
I just poked around with it until I got the desired effect.
here's a quick write up on how to do it, I threw it together so I apologize if there are any mistakes:
Once you have your background, you have to put it into photoshop or a similar program that will allow you to make an image that is just a mountain, and the rest is transparent. The easiest way I found to do this was to open the task manager and kill explorer.exe, which will give you a clean background with no icons or taskbar, and take a screenshot of your plain desktop, so that the image you work with is the exact size of your monitor (be sure rainmeter is off as well). Open the image into photoshop and work some magic on it (there are many ways to do it, I am no pro, so use google it if you don't know how, tutorials will explain it better than I can), and you have a mountain without the background. Feel free to crop it down to a smaller size, and save it. If you do crop it, be sure to note the dimensions of the actual picture.
Next you make a script/rainmeter file, use this as a guide: http://pastebin.com/WDijthsf this link is not my work, but the code shown is common and a core feature of rainmeter. Make the dimensions listed there the dimensions of your image.
In order to get them to stack correctly (and not block out other rainmeter skins you have, be sure to send the image to the back, and after that send your clock, or whatever you plan on doing, to the back so that it is behind the image, and the image is behind everything else.
and in advance, nearly all of the skins I have are custom made. It's actually quite easy to make the files, I learned the basics from trial and error and looking at other skins and see how the are made and function. You don't have to have any programming background (I have absolutely none), rainmeter makes it pretty simple
