Because the taskbar collapses down.
And because I'm on a clean install - on the left, I keep my browser and stuff like My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, etc. etc. and on the bottom one, I keep everything else.
At the moment, I don't have *any* wallpaper. It's a solid color. I couldn't find anything I liked. (I went through 500 pages of [url]http://wallbase.cc/random[/url]). But then I maximized Zune, and I realized it actually looked really cool. It's still just a maximized window; if I could have it 'always on background', that would be ideal.

It works for multi-mon to. It's display-bound instead of desktop-bound, so you can snap against the line between monitors. It also has a nifty little feature to double click a window edge to maximize it in that direction, so you can make a window take up the whole width but maintain height, etc.
