Tutorial from a custom theme page: (edited it some)

1) FIRST, DOWNLOAD AND RUN THIS [URL="http://deepxw.blogspot.se/2008/11/universal-theme-patcher.html"]Universal Theme Patcher[/URL] IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE (right-click > "Run as administrator"), UAC must be turned off
After patch, restart computer to take effect.

2) In the rar/zip file you download, there are probably some folders. Find the folder with .theme files. In there, there should be a folder with the same name as the .theme-file. Take the folder and the .theme file with the same name, and put them into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
and double-click on the new .theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Then restart Windows in order that everything take effect! (or only the explorer.exe if you know how to do it)

To change the navigation buttons you have to change your ExplorerFrame.dll :

For Windows 7 64bits you'll also have to change the second explorerframe.dll (32bits) manually in the folder written below

For 32bits Windows 7 :
Explorerframe.dll 32bits > "C:\WindowsSystem32"

For 64bits Windows 7 :
Explorerframe.dll 64bits > "C:\WindowsSystem32"
Explorerframe.dll 32bits > "C:\WindowsSysWOW64"

Done!

Also, I use [URL="http://rainmeter.net/cms/"]Rainmeter[/URL] with taskbar shadow and a clock.

I also use special icons as you can see. To install icons:
1) Right click on the shortcut you want to change
2)Click properties, then shortcut (it should open up directly into this)
3) Click change icon and choose a .ico-file you've downloaded. If you havent downloaded a ico file, but a .png or .bmp, I actually dont really know what you should do. Find a converter I guess.

I invented OCD.

Anyone who can name all the programs at the top of my screen from left to right correctly gets a random prize. The "g" icon in the 3rd section is my Garry's Mod addons folder, since that one is nearly impossible to guess.
