The redundant Rainmeter stuff for WMP is just because I'm too lazy to remove everything but the volume part. (Having a volume up by 1 and volume down by 1 button is much easier than trying to move the volume meter since it likes to jump by 2-3 minimum which ends up being a big difference.) The wallpaper cycles between 217 wallpapers. 200 of them similar in content to that one.

So do it the way I did it (So that the windows bar does not show until you hit the windows key) will require some knowledge of coding (I did not do it, my brothers' friend did it) but other then that place all the Simplicity bits you want and then lock them in place

16" is not the small one? Mate, if you have space problems with two 16" displays, you got a hell of a small desk.
