Although I personally just disabled the start bar one and used a Rainmeter one on my second monitor instead.

I was just pointing that out because a lot of people will criticize Rainmeter no matter where it is. When it's in a place where you can easily access it though such as on a second monitor, I personally see no issues with it other than repeat skins such as several clocks on one screen.
