Now that I look carefully, Unity is based on Mac OS X user interface, just with the dock at the left side.
vvvv clocks go here vvvv
Now this is multitasking!

Blackbox
[editline]21st October 2012[/editline]
I used to like that kind of simple looking dark theming style but I quickly got very sick of it :v:
excuse my computer illiteracy, but how the hell do I use that?
I wouldn't really know, I just know that people use it to make their windows installations look like openbox :v:

Would you mind giving a link to that wallpaper, it looks pretty good IMO.

Win 7 Ultimates x86 :yarr:
(I know I'm not using all 4GB just stfu already!)
Using "Desktop Info" for info on the desktops...
Its like Conky for Windows, all configuration done via config flatfile, and only uses about 2MB of RAM.
Unlike Rainmeter :P
Excuse the Meme wallpaper, I have a thing for LongCat :v:
As for the 3 Icons, Everything comes to the desktop when its downloaded onto the computer, browser downloads, bittorrent downloads, photo syncing, whathaveyou.
So I have the Sort for later folder as well as the meticulously organized libraries as well as the Recycle Bin
I find that making the Desktop Grand Central for all files can help my OCD issues, Since I can filter everything in a place that I MUST keep clean. *twitch*
I've been doing many different customizations for my computer; The goal being able to take my fingers off of the keyboard as little as possible. I feel the time it takes for me to leave the keyboard, use the mouse, click a single item, and return to the keyboard interrupts my flow as a programmer.
As for my Start Orb its my Monkey Avatar :D

Firefox with appows css http://pastebin.com/NTj5PNEk
Windows theme: Sombras
Windawesome, with some glyphs I've made
Blackbox you should start with a simple bb_crim theme, then build your own.
Potplayer with http://twnsnd.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4psfjj
Foobar with http://twnsnd.deviantart.com/art/foobar-ncmpcpp-mod-289083149
snoop around /w/, /wg/ and /g/ and you should learn all about rice.

My Rainmeter uses 10mb and looks like this:

People who say Rainmeter wastes resources are the same people who reuse paper plates because otherwise they're 'wasted'.

My laptop. Pretty basic, though. Not happy with the panels yet.

Is it bad that I ended up liking Unity in 12.10? It looks neat for me with the preview feature and web-apps.

Clementine
Far better than any other media player imo, at least on Linux.
Pair it with Mplayer2 and you can play just about anything

Just a better Mplayer really.
I use SMPlayer2 (or just SMPlayer if you use Mplayer1) as a frontend
