I wish it was possible to drag images from the ShareX window straight into discord, rather than RMB -> Open -> Folder and then dragging the file from File Explorer

Reason why it not works currently because ShareX doing drag and drop with copy. But Discord expects drag and drop with move. I can't make it move because people prefer actual file to stay in default location and only copy new one to where they drag it. So Discord should support copy method too. After all you not moving image to Discord which would mean removing file from actual location after it is dragged.

Oh damn.
A few of my fav things:
Added capture last region button to capture menu
Added H.264 NVENC & HEVC (H.265) NVENC encoder support
Ok so NVENC doesn't work, I guess you really meant latest version of drivers. I'm just 1 update behind and it gives me the "Unknown encoder 'h264_nvenc'" error.
Will report back after driver update.

Both Nvidia and FFmpeg must be up to date. Also update FFmpeg from screen recorder settings window.
Yea, I didn't read all of it.
FFmpeg was not up to date. Redownloading it in the settings window fixed it.
Wonder if you could make an automatic check or a simple version indicator that goes red if its not up-to-date.

I wanted to do that but ffmpeg.exe not includes version info:

which makes it difficult to do what you want.
But Steam ShareX builds automatically get new FFmpeg builds when needed.
Really loving the NVENC support.
After playing around with a few settings it managed to record 1080p 60fps rather well.

There still seems to be some inconsistencies with the FPS but I don't think ShareX is expected to be a game recording software.
On smaller resolution with same settings its pretty much fluid though.

There is ShareX Discord server now if anyone interested: https://discord.gg/E4R3Qa9
How to rename before upload to imgur? so I can keep uploads named and, organized?
Released ShareX 12.4.0
We we're able to test adding Early copy to Azure (and Amazon S3). Since I moved house and our connection has a whopping 200kb/s upload speed, The early copy system really helps it when I accidently send someone the wrong URL as the file hadn't uploaded yet, so that's great.
