Here we are, one Pritt-stick-memory-stick [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01012.jpg[/IMG] Firstly I took the glue out and pried the bottom screw piece out with a screwdriver [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01013.jpg[/IMG] Using a smaller screwdriver I took the memory stick apart into 3 plastic bits and the memory stick itself [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01014.jpg[/IMG] I measured up how much of the Glue screw I needed to take off and cut it with wire cutters, also taking the glue off the plastic bit [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01016.jpg[/IMG] I figured water in the glue might short out the memory stick so I wrapped it in tape first [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01019.jpg[/IMG] I got to work on the glue, hollowing it out and using it to hold the stick in place, leaving a gap for the screw [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01020.jpg[/IMG] Fully encased in the glue [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v489/ucchief/DSC01021.jpg[/IMG] And we have a fully retractable Pritt Stick Memory Stick! Wow, teehee posted the only serious one yet.

the one with the car is pretty good, but I'm not done yet. Pool noodle is a bitch to work with, next up I will try using polystyrene boxes as a filler, or painted red wood if that fails.

I did a USB AA Battery Mod about 5 months back and I am going to be doing another USB mod soon. I'll post the old one in the meantime while I work on my new one.
