You can move your website easily by doing a full CPanel backup. It'll back up all your databases and files and then you can import it right into your new account.

The reason the "reseller" question is asked quite a bit is because of the following reason:
1. Customers often wonder as to the accessibility of the server when something goes wrong. For instance, does this business have direct access to the datacenter? And if so, does he have qualified and trained technicians to deal with problems around the clock? In the case of resellers, they have direct access to a support area, which is always a plus.
2. Reselling is often more economically viable for most users, as long as they don't mind shared hosting.
3. Resellers do not always have a dedicated staff, so if you don't mind waiting for a while for anything to be done, buy from one.
4. Resellers are generally far, far cheaper :).
