Server fps is the speed at which server receives and sends data. At low server fps hitboxes stay behind way more thus making hits not count.
When I play on 120 tick server I can easily tell the difference between that and 66tick servers.
But how can that be recognized if everyone is low above that FPS anyway?

Yes. You seem to be.
What you see on your client is what the server is telling you exists. This is rendered at your client FPS, which dictates how smooth a animation is, Client FPS can in no way affect the server.
Server FPS informs all clients of the positions of enemies, friends and objects, if the server is running at 66 tick, it does this 66 times a second, once this data reaches the client, the client then renders it. A high client FPS just means that if you were to receive an updated position then your client would render it smoother. Though if your client FPS is lower than the server FPS, you may see a delay in the object moving.

Sounds like you can have your own filehost, yes. It just cannot be publicly accessible. Maybe a personal filehost, but not one that multiple people can use.

PHP-based web proxies are not allowed. They could be used for illegal activity and then we'd have to deal with people. :frown:

I'd rather not resell voice servers. Ventrilo hasn't had a new actual seller since 2006. TeamSpeak 3 is pretty good in comparison to TeamSpeak 2.
