It started a defrag part way through which absolutely destroyed the results.

This is my results on the "ocz ssd vertex 3 120g". They look pretty good, but im wondering if I can check somehow if it´s correctly installed? Because the computer don´t feel that quick that I thought it would.

Um ramdisk throws your content on your hdd at shutdown and automatically puts it back into the ram at system startup so yes ramdisk is permenant

No, the ramdisk is not permanent if you got halfway through working on something and the power tripped you would lose all data saved to the ramdisk that wasn't saved to the image on the hard disk.
The ramdisk image on the hard drive may be permanent when the ramdisk syncs to it at shutdown sure. But the ramdisk itself is volatile.
