6500...you can definitely play Serious sam 1 and 2 :D
As well as, if you have enough ram, you can pretty much play any game, fps will be low, but fiddle around with it and BAM, it'll work better then you think. I mean Ive used a 6150 for a loooong time, and it hasn't failed me for 3 years (Got in 2005).
As well as Counter strike source works for 6150, and on med settings...so a 6500 should work fine.
But you can do better for cheaper I'm sure.
