You know, why don't just try to re install Windows? It may be ANYTHING weird.
Or you try to update your audio drivers and stuff.

Re-installing windows would be a bit overkill, and I already tried updating drivers, there aren't any new ones.
Re-installing Windows would indeed be an overkill. I wouldn't do that if I were you.
OnT:
I've had issues with fraps before. The aspect ratio was odd in my videos and they ended up being smudged.
There is however a great open-source live-streaming software which I now use for recording videos and everything works fine. The software has alot of diffrent audio settings and encoders which you can play around with.
Here's the link: OBS
Play around with the settings (Set the bitrate to 10K or something similar as you're not live-streaming but recording) and see if it works out.
Also, the software uses far less resources than any other software I've used before, and the quality of the videos are far better aswell.
If this doesn't solve your problem, the issue would probably be that the recording softwares are recording sound from a damaged/wrong/etc sound source. Do you use the intergrated sound card that comes with the motherboard or do you have another sound card? Possibly an external one?
The software works great, but it unfortunately didn't fix my problem. I'm using the integrated soundcard on my laptop. Also, as it's been mentioned earlier, only the lower end sounds have issues. All the higher pitched sound record perfectly.
I finally found a fix! I installed Virtual audio cable, and used the included virtual audio device as the default audio device. It works great, though your speakers won't play any sound until you switch them back to the default device.
