The thing is, DX11 isn't implemented in it's fullest for this game. It'd be difficult to see a difference in looks, but performance should be better on DX11. DX11 is a tool to increase performance and make programming easier, just as DX10, DX9, etc was/is. You shouldn't find any difference in looks, unless that "difference in looks" was too difficult to program in DX9/DX10. Tessellation is just as possible on DX10 and DX9-- it just has to be coded up manually. In other words, fuck that. This doesn't change the fact that DX11 has tessellation and previous versions don't, but tessellation isn't really a thing to make the game look that much better, just run that much better without sacrificing looks.
1. Get this motherboard, supports unlocking and even has crossfire. $15 cheaper. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157176&cm_re=asrock_am3-_-13-157-176-_-Product 2. Nice looking case for this kinda budget. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147023&cm_re=rosewill_case-_-11-147-023-_-Product
