You could of easily sent out an email to people explaining the situation at Brohoster. Instead, you left the situation to fester on the internet. At this point at time, regardless of the truth, your reputation has been tarnished beyond repair. You've made yourself look like a little child with your constant repetition of "HIGHLY illegal" against anything that doesn't coincide with your agenda and evidence seems to support Jacob. Unless you send out a message to all Brohoster clients explaining the situation, your client-base will slowly wither away to nothing and nobody will buy the business, thus leaving you bankrupt with nobody's fault but your own, because also even if Jacob seemed like a lackluster employee to you, he was the heart of Brohoster and he kept us coming for more. We talked to him on Steam and Facepunch and he always kept us hooked on Brohoster, once you removed that spark, Brohoster became another poorly supported host with no personal image. Your current corporate. image is one of a typical company, offering typical replies of doing it later, placing the blame on the user, placing the blame on others, etc etc. You have a very corporate style of threatening legal action against every person who goes against you. No, don't ask nicely to stop or provide your side of the story, just proclaim their actions are "HIGHLY illegal". That totally works, especially on the internet. I'm sorry if your reputation has been tarnished if you are correct and Jacob is wrong, but regardless you have done nothing to help yourself and however bad Jacob was, he did something right and now that he's gone, Brohoster is royally screwed. Eat a brick.

This thread is moving so fast and I've been busy the past week so I can't keep up, I'm just going to ask a quick question - is brohoster still running? I had my website there at tommytinkles.com, and the brohoster client area says my domain is active and my web hosting service is active, and there's no unpaid invoices, but when I try to get to my site I get this landing page. I've opened a support ticket and got no response, I asked @brohoster on twitter, but I have no idea what's going on. If it's been shut down I don't have any emails telling me what's happened. Can someone tell me what's going on?

I'll need to look into seeing if Jacob sent out a mass email to all the clients to change their DNS servers or not. Open up a ticket with Sales so I can find it easier and I'll get you squared away.
