I got these temps after trying to play Gmod. I also turned it to high performance. I'm turning it back to power saving because there was no difference.
2 options:
a) clean that bitch out
b) get an actual video card
or watch your computer burn. gpu's aren't supposed to get that hot, think about it, 100C is the boiling point of water...
