Buy a 2000$ computer and buy drugs with the rest of the money, you'll enjoy your PC much more with drugs.
You can get 4 computers, -.-
Also for college you might want a laptop too.
It's much better to get a normal high end PC now and upgrade it regularly with the money you saved. It doesn't make a difference if you have a 5870 or two 5970 now, but in 2 years when it does you could get a GTX495 with DX13 support for the same money.
Or a 7990.
