hey im looking for a app on android which forces the light to flash everytime i get a notification. anyone know of any?
Should be an option already. Under Accessibility I think. Your phone may not support it though so use something like this? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.monopoint.beacon
Is this a renamed Razr I?
Not really, it's a different phone, just got inspired by the Razr i design It was released first on Brazil, it will roll out to other countries in this year Specs: Android 4.1.2 (Upgrade to the next version granted by motorola) 1GB RAM/ 4GB Internal Storage Dual-Core 1.2GHZ NFC 8MP Rear camera, 1.2MP front camera Two Sims, 3G Tri-Band, 2G Quad Band, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, HSUPA 5.6Mbps 4.0” FWVGA LCD Weight: 120 g Battery: 2000 mAh Price in the US should be something around 275 dollars or less It can make a really contrast with razr i, the only difference is the cpu.... NFC and HDR, plus t's dual active SIM, it's a pretty nice deal More info on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2190674
So 4.3 leaked on the GS4 GEE and its just like 4.2
It seems like an early build, even the guys from sammobile who leaked it said that many features are still (intentionally?) missing. I totally saw this coming though. I bet all future releases (as long as the S4GE will be supported) will leak first on it. Just look at how many leaked versions appear for the normal Samsung phones.
4.3 has a different camera UI and Low energy Bluetooth.
The camera and live wallpaper apk's are already floating around. Both work great. [editline]28th June 2013[/editline]
There's more than one way?
You'd be surprised. Try this the next time you're applying the protector: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt9_fZDT-As Not only you'll apply it so perfectly you'll want have sex with yourself for being that good, but it also REALLY lowers the chance of getting dust under the protector. AND if you get dust under it, you can try to peel it off (partially just to get to the place, not the entire thing, that 100% ruins your chances of applying it without dust again) and use a piece of duct tape to remove the dust particle, then place it back. Also, wipe the screen. A LOT. IMO it's best to use a slightly wet tissue, wipe it clean, then use microfiber cloth to make sure there's as little dust as possible and then use a a piece of duct tape (some screen protecors come with "dust removal stickers" - basically just pieces of waxed paper and a sticky side, just like any decent brand/logo stickers etc) and clean the entire phone screen like so. Then follow the first video I linked. Success and glory await you and your phone.
Damn this Arc is slooowww I've been spoiled by my galaxy S3 [editline]28th June 2013[/editline] But from what I've read it's a pain in the arse to get CM running on it
Damn this Arc is slooowww I've been spoiled by my galaxy S3 [editline]28th June 2013[/editline] But from what I've read it's a pain in the arse to get CM running on it
Got the same feeling when i tried reading twitter when the phone was underclocked to 200 Mhz, Felt like i was back on the Wildfire
Wow. I wiped my phone and installed Cyanogenmod 10.1.0. I'm cautious and only installed a few apps to hold me over until I get the new phone, though for the first time since I've got this phone... TETHERING WORKS! Goddamn that's frustrating, at least I'll be able to use it next weekend when I move and don't have cable for a day.
The physical home button is entirely why I went with Samsung.
It just seems dumb to have two capacitive buttons then one physical one, is wager they only keep it in so it looks more like the iPhone to stupid people
It just seems dumb to have two capacitive buttons then one physical one, is wager they only keep it in so it looks more like the iPhone to stupid people
It is pretty elegant on the S1 but then the design started to get sillier with each sequel. S2 gave it a tacky chrome border and S3 went all weird and thin
I'm now the proud owner of a black galaxy S3 :) Repairing this thing is about a billion times easier than an iPod touch, jesus [editline]29th June 2013[/editline] Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooogle you disagree, why?
because gooooooooooogle is playing the rating lottery. but yes, Galaxies are pretty easy to do repairs on, unless you want to change just the glass/display.
I noticed he just rates things negatively occasionally but aww yisss it's so nice because of the samoled display, you can't tell when the screen stops and the bezel begins I've immediately ordered a case too
Anyone tried Aviate Launcher? It looks good, just has some bugs on my S3.
Is there any way to get something like the colour tuner on the S1 on the S2/S3? With the manual control over colour channels and gamma adjustment? Example from S1 CM10.1: [t]http://qph.is.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-ddf0323193e878daa24d56f17a17b65c[/t]

Broke my Galaxy Nexus yesterday, should I buy the Nexus 4 or is the HTC One the double price tag worth it? [editline]29th June 2013[/editline] And using a HTC Desire is pure torture ;-;

I never tried, but does keeping WiFi on all day reduce battery life noticeably? Because if it currently does, and Google did that change for 4.3, it would sound like they're really confident about optimization and reduced battery usage. Speaking of that, some people seem to be reporting that the leaked 4.3 uses about 500MB RAM, whereas 4.2.2 used about 800-900MB on the Galaxy S4. [editline]29th June 2013[/editline] dear god, Ezhik is back with another perfect trophy from XDA
