Why are phones with slide-out keyboards such a rarity? I would actually buy the SK17i just because it has a fucking keyboard
What is your Android torrent client of choice? I've been using tTorrent which seems stable and nice and everything, but it's got a 250kbps download limitation

Is it just me, or emotion ui really does look like iOS?
looks nothing like it
[editline]7th July 2013[/editline]
it looks more like WebOS
Well, there's that. Most of my friends said it was pretty alike, but noone of us has ever owned a iOS device.

This just brought up a thought:
Why is it that people that own an Android phone try to skin it to look like iOS
and then people with jailbroken iOS devices try to skin it to look like an Android device (usually Sense)
It boggles my mind.

You need to set up your phone to use your new networks APN settings
google "straight talk" APN settings and find them out, and somewhere in the settings on your new phone you can put them in
I'm sorry this is a half arsed explanation, but I know exactly what you mean because I had the same problem with my GS3 when I got it, I'm just too tired to into words right now

Like the aesthetics, but don't like the actual OS.

There's much better slide out keyboard phones than my phone.

All of these phones are faster, not sure about availability though.
Cool
Can anyone recommend some cases that might save the glass should it get dropped/knocked?
Anyone?
I've heard that the bumpers you can get from the play store are pretty good, but I think they're a bit overpriced.

TPU cases with a lip are the way to go if you care about drop protection and general usability.
hey guys just reposting to a new page

You need to change your apn settings for your carrier.
This is under mobile networks>Access Point Names.
Find the apn settings for your carrier and type them in. You can generally find this by searching for "(your carrier) APN settings"

I've done this and it doesn't give me access to data

Make sure your SIM is provisioned properly.
I followed the exact steps but still i can't get data
That's weird, I presume you restarted your phone after doing that?
You might just need to call up your provider and ask them if they know what's going on
I remember once my mum called up to add data on to her existing plan, so they cancelled MY phone contract

That provider must be stupid, or whoever handled it was.

Where can you pick these up?
Where can you pick these up?
Just search for TPU cases. For example, Galaxy S4 TPU Case would be the search terms used.

Where did you buy the phone from if I may ask?
Also I hope you used these APN settings: http://straighttalksim.com/support-data.php
I believe if you bought a phone that was already unlocked you should use the T-Mobile tab settings, if it was an ATT phone then you use the ATT tab settings.
