That provider must be stupid, or whoever handled it was.
Gee you think It was virgin media, they have horrible customer support
Does anyone use a download manager, if so which one I need to download shit from certain sites and the default one's file handling is fucktarded It can't download things that are hotlink protected, behind cookies or isn't a straight image (like if it's loaded via JavaScript)
How do I remove an account from GMail on my phone? I'm still logged into my ex's mail account from when she borrowed my phone and it hurts to be reminded of her through her mails all the time.
Go to settings, accounts, Google, press the account, then press the menu button, then press "remove account"
Goldmine of information much?
Nah, only ads and shit. I didn't bother to remove her account since I never figured out how.

You just gave me the answer.

I suppose we all had that "oh my god I'm retarded" moment with Android. And not only Android.
Not me. Never. I never forgot to flash twice only to wonder why my phone's become so unstable.
wow what... I thought you were talking about flashing the kernel on an HTC
Flashing a boot image is hardly a big deal.
hey folks, weird trouble going on. I've got an origional galaxy note running 4.04, the AT&T model with no hard home button, and it's acting up. My symptoms are a bit strange. I can't view any sent texts, no apps are able to use the internet properly, my web browser is freaking out and not trusting sites like gmail or facebook, and things are generally strange as far as connection goes. I've managed for put a virus protection software on it and i'm now scanning repeatedly. I don't know what's going on or how to stop it. any ideas?

I just got back from a different time zone, and apparently it stopped updating automatically. Thanks friend
Any of you use Droid VNC
No the double flash is absolutely necessary.
Only if the ROM has to do weird shit like change drive partitions
I seriously want to see an Android OEM ship a Lumia 1020 fighter, maybe HTC. 1/1.2 sensor with 21.3MP, go down to 5.3MP with a 2x2 pixel bin for most shooting. Combine with OIS and DSLR levels of manual control with fine-grained control all the way up to full-auto shooting. Mind-blowing levels of low light performance and insanely sharp daytime performance.
I'd like to see Android implement manual focusing.
I'd like to see Android implement manual focusing.
Pretty sure LG has done it at some point.
The samsung contacts app on my Note II seems to be ignoring "Sync with existing contacts" when I add my facebook account and decides to shove all my Facebook friends into my contacts list. Is there a workaround?
I may be wrong since I don't have a TW device handy with me at the moment, but there should be an option "contacts to display" when you go into the menu there.
Not me. Never. I never forgot to flash twice only to wonder why my phone's become so unstable.
I don't know what phones you have been flashing because I never had to do that twice. Every device I have flashed was perfectly stable with the first flash and they stayed that way. With the exception of something like this:
Only if the ROM has to do weird shit like change drive partitions
Got my Nexus 4 into a bootloop that I couldn't get out of. Had to factory reset. Last nandroid is from 20th June. FUCK.
Got my Nexus 4 into a bootloop that I couldn't get out of. Had to factory reset. Last nandroid is from 20th June. FUCK.
This is your regular reminder to do backups regularly.

I already wanted to do that after you (at least I think it was you) posted a similar thing a few weeks ago. I'm a lazy idiot. Time to set up scheduled backups.
