The official guides do mention this and most other guides also do mention this.
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_mako Nope
Quoting for new page - please help oh God I have no phone
Get a blu phone: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_wireless?_encoding=UTF8&field-brandtextbin=BLU&node=2335752011 most blu phones are actually pretty goddamn great at the price range, the only problem is there are no cases for it. website: http://bluproducts.com/
I kinda want to sell my old Nexus 7 and get the new gen one :v:
What actually changed from the old Version? Is it even worth it to switch?
I kinda want to sell my old Nexus 7 and get the new gen one :v:
Mine broke so I'm absolutely getting the new one. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline]
What actually changed from the old Version? Is it even worth it to switch?
More power, better screen. That's the rough outline. These are the rumored specs:
I don't really use my Nexus 7 much anymore so I wanna try to get Ubuntu on it... that could be cool
Honestly if I still had my old Nexus 7 I wouldn't want to upgrade.
I want to buy the new Nexus, I really hope it isn't insanely priced in Australia though. Also who is constructing it, LG or Asus?
Your suicide chip triggered itself a few days early.
I'd get the new one but I'm honestly just fed up of the lag and other bullshit android has; then again if I get an iOS device I get a consistent UX but have to jump through a bunch of hoops
The most exciting part of the Nexus 7 2 for me is the prospect of HDMI out.
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_mako Nope
Yep
Yep
To be fair it doesn't really explain much unless you know what "Google Apps" means
To be fair it doesn't really explain much unless you know what "Google Apps" means
I'll give him that, but if you're going to do things like flashing roms to your phone you better do some research. I read dozens of tutorials the first time just to see if there were any major differences or things not very well explained in other tutorials. Also had he read all of the steps in the tutorial he'd have noticed that line, and when I read that I immediately googled for the reason why you would do something with google apps when you flash a custom rom.
The most exciting part of the Nexus 7 2 for me is the prospect of HDMI out.
ok fuck it I'm excited again
If the screen resolution on the revamped Nexus 7 gets bumped up I'll be getting it the instant it launches. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline]

I just noticed the item description... Colour me excited!
So wait, it's still called the Nexus 7 in that leaflet How are they gonna differentiate between old and new then? (because honestly at a glance they are pretty similar)
simple, the old one is called nexus 7 and the new one is nexus 7
I really hope it isn't insanely priced in Australia though.
It's Australia, it's guaranteed.
S3 came back It's a whole new white galaxy S3, and they also sent the old black front back sadly I gotta sell the black front to make up for repair costs :( but still
It's Australia, it's guaranteed.
Dammit.
Okay so I just bought a Galaxy Express for $320 AU. Did I just make a mistake or was it an okay decision? [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline] I should also mention I got a free C4 32gb Micro SD card to go with it, too.

I guess it was an okay decision. As far as mid-range phones go this is decent, maybe an itty bit too expensive for the specs (but then again the Nexus 4 has spoiled us all). [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline] It will apparently receive 4.2.2 / 4.3 too, so that's good.
Got my Nexus 4 today. I am now a member of the Android master race. Any must-have apps I should download?
Seriously the amount of Android Galaxy devices listed on Samsung's website is ridiculous. Browsing through the pages: Axiom, Express, Victory, S, Ace, Exhibit, Amp, Centura, Admire, Reverb, Rush, Stellar, Metrix, Relay, Lightray, Appeal, Exhilarate, Aviator, Blaze, Proclaim, Replenish, Attain, STRATOSPHERE (what), RUGBY PRO (whaaaaaaaaat) My favorite thing is the pronunciation of S and Ace. "Hello I want the Galaxy S3" and then the guy gives you the Ace 3. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline] ALL THOSE NAMES
Yep
That doesn't explain what it is or what it does. So basically what you need to know.
S3 came back It's a whole new white galaxy S3, and they also sent the old black front back sadly I gotta sell the black front to make up for repair costs :( but still
this happened to me with my S2 - got my lovely black one replaced with a white one which is the worst fucking electronics colour - at least with samsung's shitty plastic
Im prettty happeh With my white S3 anyways went to install the newest nightly but my phone was stuck At the i9300 screen so i went back and flashed an older Build scary shit yo

Yep, Okay.
Got my Nexus 4 today. I am now a member of the Android master race. Any must-have apps I should download?
Congrats and welcome! Here's a few apps I like to use on my Nexus: Battery Doctor because the battery life on the Nexus isn't great. Lux Lite (or paid for more features) since the default auto brightness is quite bad on Android. AccuWeather, awesome weather app. Dolphin Browser Powerful Control widget Falcon Pro Nova Launcher
