so I tried that locket app somebody posted awhile ago, now I've got about $30 coming to my paypal account :v:
Teach me your ways. I only have 0.72 cents.

I wish I could use locket in Australia.
Got my HTC One and I'm absolutely loving it. Can anyone recommend a good flip case? The Double Dip Flip looks nice but I saw a few bad reviews. Are any of them like the iPad "smart covers" in terms of opening to lock screen when flipped open? I know my brother's cheap chinese Nexus 10 case does this, so surely there's something of the sort. Oh, and if anyone can recommend any good ways to make it like stock without actually installing stock (I love my IR blaster), that'd be great. I've got Nova launcher, but that's it so far. Also, and if anyone has this in 1080p or larger, I'd be really grateful: [t]http://i-cdn.phonearena.com/images/articles/70657-image/Android-4.2-Jelly-Bean-wallpapers.jpg[/t]
I scaled the image using a program called SmillaEnlarger. It works pretty well for wallpapers. See if you like it.

(Quote because I don't know how to thumbnail images ._.)
God damnit, my dad keeps installing this anti virus app "lookout" on his devices and now he installed it on the family galaxy tab 2 as well, how can I explain to him that it's unnecessary. aka I've heard a lot of people in this thread say that anti virus apps are useless and now I want to know why.
I saw the most hilarious bootleg app once It was called "Minecraft - On Sale, 25% off!", looked exactly like the real one except it wasn't from Mojang From what I read in the 1 star reviews, it would open a webpage, download a cracked minecraft APK and install it, but the server went down and everyone was complaining about it just opening a 404 page Only half of the complaints were actually about the game being fake, the rest were just complaining about the 404 :v:
Look at his fucking swag. Look.
Wearing glasses on top of a fedora...with that shirt. Duarte knows how to make a great UI, but he can't dress for his backside.
Go away he looks badass :v: Seriously though, I want to know where he buys shirts.
Yo check your local best buy for nexus 7, you can order online for store pickup early ;)

google play have a 15min refund policy so i 1. buy app 2. use app 3. backup app data & APK 4. refund app 5. restore app from backup  (User was banned for this post ("Warez / Obtaining apps without paying." - Swebonny))
6. realize it'll likely charge you as you restore
So, I'm wondering this, you can only buy chrome cast in the states right now, but would it work in other countries? Would I be able to buy it in the states then bring it up back home for it to work or would it be Geo locked?

Can't wait until it releases in Sweden, hopefully the 4G version won't be too expensive. I'm so excited because I've waited so long to get a Nexus 7 (Didn't get one because I saw rumors in this thread about a new Nexus 7 coming soon, a few months ago)
About how much should I expect to sell my Nexus 7 for on eBay? I got a brand new one when I RMA'd my old one two weeks ago, and haven't touched it aside from unlocking it and installing CyanogenMod on it. I'm also throwing in my $15 case. I'm hoping to get around $175 but with the new one having just launched, I'm not even sure if I'll get $150.
woops
Just tried clicking that link. God damn you.
Found an nice live wallpaper but has no money to pay for it. Its sad dont having a credit card. Atleast i will have my Nexus 4 at October.
2. Rooting your phone is probably unnecessary for most users. Android is pretty open even on phones like the sk17a - rooting simply gives you greater command over the OS for certain power-usery tasks. It's also handy for custom ROMs, which is why they're rooted out of the box (or whatever you get your ROMs in these days, idk)
Ok this is scaring me I just went from a 7 year old flip phone to an s4 and Touchwiz seems pretty bad has anyone rooted it, is it worth it, is that xda forum the place to go for instructions?
touchwiz is pretty swell thou? [editline]27th July 2013[/editline] ofc if you wanna get rid of bloatware, then yea, root
yeah also touchwiz makes it so your background doesn't scroll with the pages thats like half the reason to have pages
Not if you're using Nova Launcher (which you should be)

Aside from being an virus scanner (which, no, you don't need) it has tons of features. I use the one where, after 3 wrong security unlocks, it sends me an email with a picture from the front facing camera and a GPS location of the phone. But lookout is pretty low key. If it makes him feel better, leave it.
