What is the current best upgrade android phone for AT&T? I'm coming from an iPhone 4
What is this and why is Play Music recommending it?
Steel Panther, they're hilarious [editline]20th August 2013[/editline] "17 girls in a row" is the best off that album
Steel Panther, they're hilarious
With an album cover like that I'm not sure if I should be scared or think of christmas decorations........ I'll have to have a listen if it's hilarious, think it got recommended because I've added a number of Tripod albums to my list, an Aussie comedy band.
You need to download the new gapps package for android 4.3, then you'll most likely have to log out of your google account and log back in. The play store should work after that.
took me a while to realize that, yeah, flashed the new gapps
Anyone know what the deal is with Virgin Mobile firmware in the UK? I've recently switched over to them but I'm still greeted with O2's shitty logo every time I start my phone as I'm on their official firmware still. I can't find an official VM ROM for my phone, do they even have one?

Samsung GS2 (I9100). Apparently the UK doesn't have the 4.1.2 Samsung official firmware yet, only branded ones from O2, T-mobile, Orange etc. Leaves me to believe that Virgin are using someone else's firmware as they use T-mobile and Orange antennas. [editline]20th August 2013[/editline] Oh wait... "The phones which Virgin Mobile use are listed under United Kingdom / Ireland (XEU)." Virgin use unbranded software apparently.
It's fucking impossible to apply a screen protector tho. My house is just so fucking dusty, no matter how clean I wipe the screen with a silk cloth, there are always some specks that'll just land, no matter what. It's fuck ugly now with bubbles all over. Edit: I'll just buy a leather case sometime. I stopped believing all that hard to scratch glass after I got a pretty long one on my evo 3d. I didn't even drop it, probably put it in a pocket with keys or something.
Guys, should I cancel my Google Play Music All Access? Like I would like to keep it but I can't afford to keep paying the $7.99 and schools gonna start so I'm not gonna use it (or listen to that much music anyways) but I'm gonna loose my playlists I've built up. Of course I can just write down the song names in those playlists and build them back up and stuff. I'll probably cancel it tomorrow since tomorrow is when it renews.

The moisture in the air traps the dust making it a dust free environment.
Spent a lot of time in the bathroom did ya? ;)
That's exactly what happened
I'll keep that in mind, thanks. It also helps if you first wipe the screen with a slightly wet tissue or something, then clean it with a dry one, THEN use microfiber cloth and wipe until your hand hurts, and only then start applying the protector. I was able to install my screen protector on my Nexus 4 without ANY dust under it, while applying in a rather dusty room, AND get it pixel-perfectly aligned.
Question. HTC One allows transferring files through this weird media transfer protocol thing, it's okay except explorer behaves weirdly. It set every folder template to "music", I can't change it and now when I want to sort files by date added, I get everything but that. Is it possible to regain the old file order from the sd card? For music playlists. (I do listen on random order occasionally, but sometimes I get annoyed when for example track Y doesn't play after track X) [editline]20th August 2013[/editline] alright after some googling I came to a conclusion - why would any mobile device (not to say high-end device) would need to communicate with PC using such a piece of shit that is MTP what is this, a fucking sony ericsson k310i or something? WHY? WHY IMPLEMENT SUCH A CRAPPY WAY TO ADD FILES TO THE INTERNAL STORAGE??? am I not getting something? [editline]20th August 2013[/editline] everything's fine, I just used ES file explorer for this (how could I forget about the actual android file managers)

my phone is a neverending torrent of correctification
wait that's not even a word why android, why lmao
Swype on my phone keeps autocorrecting my BFs name to "hotel", I think it's trying to insult.

So should I ditch Google music all access?
Does anyone know a good Bluetooth game controller that would attach to a Samsung Galaxy S3? and also works with alot of games?
So should I ditch Google music all access?
It's a great service because i like how it combines my library with local files with it but jesus $10AUD a month is balls and there's no 3 month giftcards as far as I know to purchase it, stick with spotify
So Kogan mobile (My provider, the only people who had reasonable data prices) is getting shut down due to their wholesale provider tanking Fuck, now I have to find a new provider that isn't shit or expensive as balls

I'm pretty pleased with them. Better coverage than Kogan as well due to they use the full Optus network vs Wholesale Telstra network.
I have to go with Telstra as the Optus network doesn't even kick in until I'm over the other side of the river in the CBD.
Vaya. I'm pretty pleased with them.
Vaya. I'm pretty pleased with them. Better coverage than Kogan as well due to they use the full Optus network vs Wholesale Telstra network.
I'm with Vaya. Basically pay fuck all and you get heaps of credit and bandwidth. Every month I only ever use like 10% of my quotas and I pay $13/mth
Shit that actually looks pretty nice, although I know people have had some problems with Optus and having really shitty signal indoors
I guess this really depends on where you go. I get better coverage in some places than my mum does on Telstra. Generally I always get really good indoor coverage and have never experienced a dropout in the Perth metro area. Get better reception that Telstra in some rural areas. Then again, this can vary from place to place.
