tbh i'm ok with the 4.3 idea
gives oems more time to catch up to what it supposed to be
I successfully flashed CM10.1 to my I-9001, and holy shit this was worth all the stress I had about flashing ROMs and shit.
Only took you 7 hours.

Aand im still stuck on my Galaxy Y.
Atleast i discovered that another cool live wallpaper works on my device.

my nokia 5310 is better than all your nerd phones becuz it battery lasts for weeks
Why does Android 4.2 have to be so slow compared to 4.1 :(
Lol. 1.29 on the HTC One drops Sunspider to 750ms.
The happy thing is I finally compiled CyanogenMod today.
The sad thing is I accidentally compiled CM10 instead of CM10.1 and now I have to start over.
[editline]29th April 2013[/editline]
well in truth I started over about three hours ago
still compiling
laaame.. updated facebook in hopes that it would manage itself properly now.
now it eats up all my space first...
(like why the fuck would you use 80MB on a social app? - even more sad, it tries to eat more)
Is compiling your own ROM the next cool kids thing? :v:

Wasn't my fault my phone was bricked, silly ASUS! :v:
Google Translate makes me believe they're talking about emmc brickbug. Galaxy S2/Note suffered from this too.

Good news for you though, you're saved :v:
My beloved N9 has very nearly given up the ghost, and I'm thinking about making the jump to an android device instead of blowing a bunch of cash on fixing this one or getting another if it's truly fucked.
I'm debating either the Nexus 4 or 7, leaning towards the 7 considering that I've made maybe 5 calls in the past year, and that it's much less expensive than the 4, the only thing really holding me back is the rumors floating around about updates to the nexus series, I don't want to be left a generation behind the curve a week after buying a brand new phone again. Is there any substance to the rumors, or should I just go for it and pick one up next time I'm in the city?
hello I have a wildfire S
please kill me
I installed the new update for my LG Optimus L9.
Ogodwhat happened to the system font I grew to know and love.
Ogodwhat happened to the keyboard it has autocorrect that I can't turn off.
WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME LG!?
But the new wallpaper setup stuff is cool though, I can see how it looks before I set it, and can set the highlighted section as my lock screen.

if you're thinking about the Nexus 7, wait for Google I/O (May 15-17). If Google is going by last years schedule, there will be small tablet unveiled there, and released shortly after.

I have this barely irresistible urge to smash my LG Optimus 3D to the ground each and every single time I use it. Every key I type on the keyboard has a random delay of even vibrating. Usually the first letter is fast, but the third letter I type takes 500ms to a second. If I type even slightly fast, the end of the second word will take a second or two to appear.
I've seen the homescreen take a full minute to load the icons, several times! It went like this:
- press home
- takes a while
- Hey guys look at this shit phone
- guys stare
- "Duuuuuude that is taking ages"
I don't even have to hurry to show them how fucking slow it is. When I notice that it has already taken long to load the icons, I still have plenty of time to turn it around, grab my friends' attention and get them to look at it and they will still see that it's slow.
LG and updates
Take years and years to make an update, and when you finally release ICS in February 2013, it's as slow as I just described and the 3D camera is fucked up and barely works anymore.
Oh Falco, why don't you buy another bloody phone then?
I fucking did, but the HTC won't arrive until the 17th-20th of May.
Edit:
I smashed my phone to bits in a dream I had, but I felt really guilty afterwards. It felt really good for just a small moment, though.
LG has patents on software that makes a phone run ten times slower than a phone with the same hardware from another OEM. Nobody else is allowed to cause the same degree of slowdown.
So I'm loaning my friends S2 while I fix my S3 and I installed Nova launcher and minimal MIUI on it (icon pack) but Nova launcher wont use small icons even though I use that setting. Any ideas why?
I saw someone actively using whatever the font Samsung phones have that's borderline comic sans but curlier. Oh god it was ugly
Choco cooky? If I saw someone using that (outside of XDA) I think I'd throw up.
Choco cooky? If I saw someone using that (outside of XDA) I think I'd throw up.
pretty sure it's that font, not the first time I saw it
I've seen people using it on the train, at work, College and out and about.
All I can think is why would you do this?
All I can think of is THANK GOD the majority of population in this country has no idea how to change the font (even if it's a settings parameter in Samsung ROMs).

My friend is using it for his entire phone. I feel like grabbing it and stomp it until there's only dust left.
