It's definitely not whichever one is the largest. It correlates to none of the other lines.
Is there really no documentation on this? Bad google
A green line appears beside it while charging so I'm beginning to think it's just a line that shows the time where you're on-battery. It doesn't go away while charging though, just accompanied by the green one.
Just checked mine again, line is definitely the same as WiFi On for me.

Which is kinda weird since I had WiFi off all day.
You can replace the battery from the Razr with the Razr maxx one
Can you? I was of the understanding that it was too big to fit.
The god damn MAXX came out like 2 days after I bought my Razr. :(
Is "time to recharge" even on the average consumer's radar when they're looking for a phone? I mean, generally people look for battery life. Once that need is met, recharge time is pretty much a non issue because most people charge their phones at night.
Right?
I recharge my phone like 2-3 times a day.

What basically happens is that you change out the whole back part of the chassis. I believe it van be done with a maxx off of Ebay or somewhere with a dirty ESN or cracked screen.
So it's pretty much a frame swap. It would almost be easier to just buy a Maxx instead. :v:
Also, it was such a fucking struggle to post that above reply. This website is total ass on Mobile. It crashed Minuum 5 times, so I tried the Stock Google Keyboard. Crashed that one several more times, then randomly sent my half-completed reply and reloaded the page.
Come the fuck on.

But not cheaper. So if you're not scared to get your hands dirty, it's probably your best option (If saving the money is an issue for you. If not, whatever.)
Got my Aviate launcher Alpha code, wow it looks great!

Decided to make some new icons, it's a WIP and I have some more icons to make later but what do you guys think of them so far?
It's smaller than the S4's. The kernel must be limiting it.
PMIC limited. It's a move to prevent battery degradation because less heat will be generated. Max is 1A for the One, and once you get to like 80% it's basically trickle charging.
SIII ROMs were kind of weird. I don't know how to explain it, but there seemed to be a constant barrage of total crap. Maybe the phone was too popular? I don't know. S4 ROMs are a different story though.
My feeling on the ROM story is just that the people that can deal with Touchwiz and like the stock look are the people that can't design worth a damn. I did find a very nice themed TW ROM for the international i9505 though.
I thought a bit about what really matters most to me in a phone these last two days. I've just put up a Kijiji ad for a phone trade with an HTC One. You've convinced me. I went to Future Shop this morning too and looked at the One's screen. The lack of PenTile was refreshing to say the least.
If you feel like you want the One, it's fine, but don't let random people on the internet tell you what to do.
As a rule, I try not to mix and match chargers anymore when I can help it. I once used a tablet's charger with a phone. When I woke up the phone was burning hot and had a 0% charge.
How does that even happen? A charger is a charger, if it's BC 1.2 it will work fine. There are different levels of quality and support for different charging protocols, but most chargers will work with most phones.

The line is a combination of WiFi on and partial wakelock. The green line is time on charger.
Updated like three hours ago, today's nightly had already been pulled by then.
What? I just downloaded and flashed the broken one a few minutes ago :(
EDIT: apparently it was pulled for some phones, but not the d2att.
http://get.cm/?device=d2att&type=nightly
also still available for all the HTC One variants
I'd just wait for tomorrow's nightly
Considering ROMing my old RAZR. What ROM should I use and can I avoid using ADB (I can't even get it downloaded on my laptop).
flashing a rom without adb is nigh impossible
you'd need to flash a custom reco with adb
Already got Safestrap on and I'm in the process of making a Nandroid backup. I'll make a slot for CM10.1 of 3GB, Wipe, flash CM, flash the Gapps, reboot, and pray.
I got an invite for the Aviate launcher beta and it's pretty nice

It's really smooth and simple, doesn't really feel like android though
im still waiting on my aviate invite
Looks like it worked :)
Got CM10.1.3 on my old Razr Maxx.
Working perfect, except for the hardware problems it already had.
I'll hit some Wifi hotspots tomorrow to put Chrome and some other essential apps on it.
(I have no idea what I'm going to do with this device).

Holy shit, how did I ever live with Blur?

No clue. I was charging my Galaxy S1 Fascinate using the cable that came with my S1 Fascinate and the wall charger that came with my Asus Nexus 7 2012. I woke up and had no battery life. I never used that charger again for my phone and found my old phone charger, and never ran into that issue again. Seeing as I never wanted to wake up in the morning with a mission critical device at 0% charge I never felt like trying it again. Seeing as I don't use it anymore I should experiment.
[editline]7th September 2013[/editline]
I should clarify what I mean by "hot." It was really fucking hot. I picked it up once and it burned my hand a tiny bit. I had to get a towel to hold it and pop the battery out. About 10 minutes later it was cool enough to touch and I popped the battery back in and it wouldn't even power on at all. I was worried that my phone was fried entirely.
I've had chargers that weren't made for my phone charge waaaay slower than the OEM charger, and they usually make my phone really hot.
Nexus 4 arrived at some point today while I was sleeping it seems. Can't actually do shit with it until I get a SIM cutter though, so it gets to sit in the box for a few days.
Should probably charge it really.
I cut mine with a ruler and a stanley knife, works fine.
So I traded phones and now have an HTC One. ROM question: Viper or Trickdroid?
I'm currently on AndroidRevolution but it's a bit too vanilla for me.

lol cutting SIM cards
I just walked into my carrier store, said I need a microSIM and they gave me one of those where you can snap the microSIM out of a regular SIM, no charge, no questions. done in under 5 minutes.
And when I switched carriers a few months back, I got multi-size SIM card by default.

I would've done that but it takes 3 days to get one and transfer your number. No thanks.

3 days? the fuck? All they did at my carrier store was activate the new sim card and set up my old one for deactivation, which happened in roughly 10 minutes after I left the store, so I just put the new one in right away and put the phone in airplane mode for that time. Done.
is slimbean good or should i stick with cyanogen? using a hercules.
