Is Opera Mini even updated anymore? I thought they forgot it when they launched the "Opera browser" which unites Mini and Mobile into one.
What's this about unlimited data?
The provider is Telenor (some of them were opera devs), and if I use Opera Mini then they won't count the data used with it. The cap is 90 MB with other apps, but if I go over that, I don't have to pay more for each KB, they just slow down the mobile net. It's unlimited.
Is it possible to get the chromecast app outside of the USA? I recently acquired a chromecast stick, however you need the app obviously.
I set my Chromecast up yesterday and used my laptop, said to use a PC or mobile device to go to https://cast.google.com/chromecast/setup Nothing about requiring the app.
i have clocked more hours in bloons than I have any other game that's been installed on this phone send help
You'll spend even more time with the cookie clicker game coming soon onto android
Cookie clicker is dumb, it's just catching a wave of popularity like Slenderman and all the other equally stupid shit that comes and goes.
why does facebook take 60mb of RAM and messenger like 30? other apps that push notifications use about 5, jesus christ
why does facebook take 60mb of RAM and messenger like 30? other apps that push notifications use about 5, jesus christ
because its facebook and they could be downloading CP to your phone every waking minute and nobody would even bat an eye
because its facebook and they could be downloading CP to your phone every waking minute and nobody would even bat an eye
nah it's more to do with the facebook android app team being a bunch of monkeys with typewriters
I acted really dumb about android around a chick I had a hard on for because she had android and I could use it to talk to her. She ended up showing me how NFC worked by sending me nudes. Thank god for NFC.
I seriously don't understand what it could be doing with all that RAM - for contrast the tumblr app does notifications when you get liked, reblogged or followed and it uses less than 5MB of RAM in addition to using GCM so when it does get notifications it's more efficient. ANd it's not even the best app on the market. It's not even as if those 60MB are going towards the app being super responsive; it's a slow, buggy, ugly pile of shit. And the worst thing is that it's actually like twice as good as it was like a year ago, jesus christ. Well played...
Half the time it doesn't even load for me, WITH LTE.
Half the time it doesn't even load for me, WITH LTE.
It seems erratic as fuck when you're on any kind of mobile network; I've just hibernated it with greenify cos I can wait the extra 3 seconds for it to start and I probably get a nice battery saving Also while I'm moaning, the network provided time on my phone seems to be off by 9 minutes for some reason haha
i think we need to judge those also do you have plans for any future docking
I plan to dock my phablet when I get back from DC. I don't kiss and tell but if you really want I can post a pic of our text conversation.
What with the Nexus 4 gone, this looks like a pretty good phone for the price. I might get it depending on what I think of the Nexus 5.
So im thinking of flashing Paranoid Android. I really liked CyanogenMod. But Paranoid Seems to be more customizable. So, based on your possible experiences with it, should i flash it?
I would use my Evo 3D as a music player but I totally forgot to reinsert the ribbon cable for the headphone jack, which isn't useful at all. :I
Yeah, it's frustrating. My HTC Vivid also works completely except for the headphone jack. Theoretically, I could use Bluetooth, but I don't think there are any Bluetooth headsets that are made with good quality for playing music. EDIT: but it doesn't really matter since I got a ZeroLemon for my S3 so that lasts long enough to play music all day anyway

Also, ROC and PRC don't like each other, although it's mostly the native Taiwanese that really dislike mainlanders. The Chinese in the ROC don't give a fuck either way :v:
why does facebook take 60mb of RAM and messenger like 30? other apps that push notifications use about 5, jesus christ
Facebook has got to be the most unoptimised Android app of all time. The amount of CPU/Battery/RAM it consumes is ungodly. I uploaded a photo once using Facebook app, used up 30% of my battery because the piece of shit is so bad. The day before I played games and listened to music on a bus for 6 hours and arrived at the destination with 66% battery left just for comparison.
Speed test has been updated. It runs smooth and doesn't look shit any more.
I used the Disable Service app on my Facebook services, keeps it from running whenever it's not running. However, it stops you from using the messenger part of the Facebook app. I disabled MqttPushService and AnalyticsService, Facebook still works great I just have to go through my browser if I want to send messages on FB. I also disabled all the push notifications and what not, nothing important happens on Facebook and you can always set it up to email you for really important stuff.

You can disable messaging and all notifications and that wank keeps running in the background unless you greenify or disable services/receivers.
These litle guys just appeared in Russian stores. I thought we would be left in the dark again, but... yay! [t]http://i.imgur.com/GYatXJu.jpg[/t]
Do anyone know if KitKat is even sold in Norway, or if Kvikk Lunsj have taken over the market completely? (Tønsberg)

[t]http://i.imgur.com/GYatXJu.jpg[/t]
I'll have to keep a lookout for these. For some reason, it seems so surreal to have this promotion almost worldwide. Don't know why. Maybe its because I find globalization fascinating.
