However, I've realized I probably should have gone with the Razr M. I think it had just come out when I bought my phone, and the Maxx came out the next day. :( I didn't get it because I didn't want a smaller phone, I figured it would be more of a budget oriented phone. >.<
My Razr is only 540x960, other than the black splotches on a dark screen thanks to the amoled screen, It's one of the better screens I've used( not that I've used very many) and I've got no complaints. [editline]12th October 2013[/editline] But it records in 1080p :v:
I got a Razr Maxx secondhand about a year ago. I was freaking out at first about the black splotches until I saw it was normal. That screen was amazing when compared to the... Droid Bionic's *shudder*
Secondhand a year ago? It came out almost exactly a year ago. :v:
Secondhand a year ago? It came out almost exactly a year ago. :v:
I meant the original Droid Razr Maxx, not the newer Droid Razr Maxx HD. My bad
I don't see why it's such a big fucking deal that I asked if it was possible to get NFC back. It might even be the ROM I'm currently running on my device. I never use NFC, but I chose it as an emerging technology for a topic for a speech class. It was months ago that my phone was being fucky, I figured it was malware. I'm pretty sure disabling NFC was the root of it. Anyways, I guess I'll just flash the Stock ROM. I'm sure I'm the only person ever to have an issue with my Android phone.
I literally have no idea what you're talking about. My suggestion is to flash a clean ROM and start over. Don't mess with system tuner, it has a tendency to break things. [editline]12th October 2013[/editline]
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aluminum-Metal-Case-Gorilla-glass-Dust-Proof-for-samsung-galaxy-Note2-II-N7100-/151116254434?pt=US_Cell_Phone_PDA_Cases&var=450203708254&hash=item232f3b0ce2 An aluminum case for my Note 2 that has its own glass part, but I have no idea how this will affect the touchscreen. Anyone think it will actually work? I was thinking red with the white front glass, but then again I kinda want my fuckin' signal to not be murdered, so I dunno... [editline]12th October 2013[/editline] There's also this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aluminum-Metal-Case-Gorilla-glass-Dust-Proof-for-samsung-galaxy-Note2-II-N7100-/130989664373?pt=US_Cell_Phone_PDA_Cases&var=430194237560&hash=item1e7f97a875 Which has a hump on the camera which would probably be better, and the shape of the front would make it easy to set the phone in, but it looks like it adds a lot of height which the Note 2 already has plenty of. Also I want to actually be able to charge the thing and use headphones and my Pressy whenever that shows up
Glass screen protectors are fine. If you lose a ton of signal reception, you will have no one to blame but yourself. This has been talked about since the end of time. If you wanted an all-metal phone, you should've gotten a One/One Max. [editline]12th October 2013[/editline]
my phone has a 4.7 inch 720p display and I can't see the difference between this and the note 2 which I think has a 1080p screen?
Note 2 is 720p. Note 3 is 1080p.
I was gonna buy a Otterbox for my phone, but it's too late for the screen now. I'm not too worried about it breaking any more either. :\
I will honestly say, who needs state of the art specs when the software side of things is near perfect. Ya it doesn't have 8GB of ram or a octo-core, but Motorola really did nail the software. I have yet to see ANY lag and all of their additions to stock Android are very nice.
I'm starting to see some lag in the messaging app, after using it for a week or so. I've got over 3000 messages each throughout a couple threads though, so it's probably expected.
I want to try out a new ROM. It's real nice that my phone kernel offers dual booting. :v: [editline]13th October 2013[/editline] I guess that only works if it wants to. Later, primary ROM. I even followed the directions down to the letter.
I hope that Google release the Google Experience launcher on the play store.
http://www.dict.cc/german-english/jdn+aufregen.html someone please go to this site and look if your phone gets crazy vibrating like mine
That's the weirdest feeling. Like my vibrator motor is being choked to death.
http://www.dict.cc/german-english/jdn+aufregen.html someone please go to this site and look if your phone gets crazy vibrating like mine
Doesn't work on my Phone running ICS. Neither standard browser, Chrome or Dolphin.

I honestly don't think I'll ever see 3000 texts in there. But ya, I'm not too surprised if that's where it lags at.
http://www.dict.cc/german-english/jdn+aufregen.html someone please go to this site and look if your phone gets crazy vibrating like mine
yeah, s3, chrome, touchwizzle
So what's the best rom for a i9305n? (Galaxy S3 4G/LTE) Only ever used Cyanogenmod on samsung phones and Android revolution on Desire HD so I'm not very into the scene on what roms are good.
so i'm kinda confused with google maps so i got some questions -How can i set my destination when using navigation offline -Is it possible to draw the route you've driven/walked
so i'm kinda confused with google maps so i got some questions -How can i set my destination when using navigation offline -Is it possible to draw the route you've driven/walked
This has changed so much recently... Um, location history (your second request) is a thing, I just have no idea how to find it after the most recent updates. And AFAIK you need data to navigate, last I checked. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me.
You need data to at least plan the route before. Then AFAIK Maps caches the route and map around it, so you could navigate to the destination without data. But if you drive off or want to change the route, you need data again.
So I got myself a new router and somehow Wifi doesn't work on my phone, it connects but somehow it doesn't seem to load any website. It's not even just me that has the same problem, because my dad also had the same problem, but somehow he fixed it with a factory reset. No idea how it fixed it but I don't want to delete everything I have on the internal storage. Any help?

Can anyone point me to one of those "quality USB wires" that'll allow me to "program" (aka flash back to stock) my Droid X1?
Can anyone point me to one of those "quality USB wires" that'll allow me to "program" (aka flash back to stock) my Droid X1?
What's wrong with a normal micro USB cord?
What's wrong with a normal micro USB cord?
The one I have doesn't let the Linux SBF ISO recognize the phone in bootloader mode.
The one I have doesn't let the Linux SBF ISO recognize the phone in bootloader mode.
This is weird, are you sure its the cable's problem?
This is weird, are you sure its the cable's problem?
Yeah, I used to be able to steal the wire from my mom's Droid Pro and it worked fine. That wire has since disappeared.
I give up on this fucking phone, last time I rooted I used a i9305 ROM that was labeled for i9305n which it clearly wasn't since I lost my IMEI/whatever and couldn't connect to mobile network or anything anymore. Took me 1,5 months to get it back from repair and now when I rooted and put a rom on it, GUESS WHAT? Same. fucking. thing. I give up, there is no working roms for i9305N only for i9305. I'll just try to get it repaired and sell it, i fucking hate this piece of shit.
I literally don't understand how this happens. Why would a ROM ever overwrite the efs partition?
It does apparently, I literally can't get this piece of shit phone to get back its mobile network. It's a Sweden exclusive model for one phone carrier (Tele2) so it has no fucking Roms, and when searching for roms for i9305n, it shows i9305 roms labeled as i9305n.
