What device are you on?
What device are you on?
Im on a Nexus 4 currently running CM10.2 nightlies (Android 4.3.1)
Also, found this nice launcher based on Android 4.4: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.locomain.launcher
Too bad i have no money for it, it would look cool on my device.
Anyone else notice that attempting to copy text crashes whatever app you're currently in? Stock android 4.3 on a N7 2012.
Dammit, I'm already paranoid about dropping my Note 3, this isn't very encouraging:

You've got a clipboard manager installed.
Uninstall it. The clipboard listener in 4.3 is bugged so it breaks shit
So, this is cool but utterly useless on a small device.

It's time for you to give all the instructions
Anybody have an apk of the stock 4.3 camera? Flashed CM 10.2 but I'm not a big fan of the camera

CM's camera app is the stock camera app.
I thought CM had their own camera app, or is that still coming? Not used CM since getting my nexus
I thought CM had their own camera app, or is that still coming? Not used CM since getting my nexus
CM had an alternative camera app for a while, alongside the stock camera app, but due to the commercialization and all the bullshit that went along with it the independent developer of the app pulled his code from CM's repo's so they can't use it anymore. It's now on the play store for all to use, it's called Focal. It's not that good.

I think it's still in beta, but I remember getting it in a nightly of 10.2 on my N7.
Trying Fusion ROM on my i9300.

Now to see if this is more stable than the Paranoid Android I was using before. So far it hasn't froze while setting up Google account unlike PA.

Damn, i really want to try PAC Rom, but doesnt matter how much i try, it cant log on into google and crashes a lot.
Was working fine till I tried changing keyboard then it froze for 20 minutes. Let it unfreeze then ran Dummy File Generator a few times and it's running smoothly now.
i really miss some of the cm functions, shame that the s-pen doesn't work with it
i feel so crippled on my note2
Just tried out Themer, I love it so far. The only problem I have with it is pressing the menu button on the homescreen launches Themer.

CM had s-pen support for me on my Note 1, just download the s-apps apk and it should work.

It worked for me without any apps (Note 10.1) back when I still had CM.
Then I got an S Pen with an eraser. The eraser didn't work with CM, but the side button did.
The problem is that stock roms are anal with the side button: Stock literally breaks it by making the side button do a clip screenshot EVERYWHERE. NO app can use the side button properly because of that retarded X clip feature. The only app I've seen that has a workaround is LectureNotes, but even LectureNotes can only detect the side button when you press and release it before you touch the screen with the pen.
And the most retarded thing about it is that there's not a single way to get rid of that bullshit.
So either you're without a working eraser button (Cyanogenmod) OR you're without a properly working side button (stock).
This pisses me off to no end.
I notice older people tend to do this. For some reason, they hold the phone up to their mouths, and then listen to the speakerphone next to their ear. If its getting to the point that you can't hear your phone without speakerphone going up to your ear, I think it may be time to look into hearing aids.
My grandpa is a technophobe anyways.
Fucked around a bit with my phone, ended up with this now:

Also, any news on the s4 updating to android 4.3?
no, I don't have one.
you've got some app with a clipboard listener running
translation apps, dictionaries, anything with a clipboard listener will screw up copy paste

That menu button is driving me nuts
Is there a way to use the IR emitter on the S4 work as a TV remote with a Cyanogen/other stock ROM yet?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2419287
Doesn't seem to work at all for me, not sure if it is due to the fact that I am using a TouchWiz based ROM or not.
white nexus 5 confirmed
