Looks like you still need to supplement your phone experience with Google services anyways, since you have Google Drive installed.
What, Apple too busy to build their own service?
apple actually has its own office suite but I have been using google docs longer than I have had this phone and sorry but google drive is way better on ios
also are you angry because i actually have friends that use the evil applications instagram and vine!!

not gonna make it to the keynote though
Anybody tried out Next Browser yet? It is free and surprisingly good. Not as many features as Dolphin (no gestures) but it definitely feels faster and looks better. Actually, the only browsers that I have that loads faster than it is stock CM10.1 and Opera Mini.

I'll give this a try like right now!
Do phones (specifically the i9000) keep ther bootloader/firmware on the motherboard? Im thinking of buying a cheap faulty one off ebay and swapping the mother board over.

Don't do that. JTAG the damn thing, it's cheaper to fix it that way.
I'm trying to find where Waking Mars stores its saved games... do you guys have any idea how I could find that out? Google hasn't given me anything :(
(i want to transfer my saves from the humble bundle version to the play store version)
Probably in androidsecure
Probably in androidsecure
Any way for me to peek into that folder? I'm not rooted
[editline]13th May 2013[/editline]
(i assume it needs root or whatever)

You do need root (i.e. androidsecure).
I think ADB can do it though, i don't remember.

Should just be in your internal storage unless they did something stupid.
I know some games store in androidsecure to prevent tampering IIRC
Gonna see if I can find it by searching all the files throughout the system and sorting by last modified... if ES File Explorer can even do that :v:
file expert can IIRC[sub][sub](iirc this iirc that)[/sub][/sub]

Try sdcard/Android/data
Try sdcard/Android/data
Only one folder in there, and that's com.teslacoilsw.launcher :(

most gave saves are stuffed into the app's appdata which you need root to access.

Why are you here?
Dunno, stop feeding him, I honestly don't give a flying fuck about the OS wars.

I love /r/android "Oh, DisplayMate's interpretation of the data means that AMOLED is good now!!!"
Yeah, because 122% sRGB is A-OK. I wonder how people would react if they knew that a 78% sRGB display would be considered to be better than a 122% one. Color shifting is apparently also just fine, along with extremely low active area.
It's not like LCD is perfect, but people need to stop being so fucking delusional about OLED. It is no silver bullet and never will be.

Since UI overhaul, all the features in ES File Explorer got stripped out. Can't even search using wildcards

Pretty sure most of the features are still there, just obsfucated like a motherfucker.

They'll probably say something stupid like "122% is more than 78% so it's obviously better"
But in technical terms, 122% < 78%, and in terms of hormonal response, higher levels of positive hormones, even if fractional, are released at the comparison showing that A < B, where the A is a value of 1.22 compared with .78
is anyone else having problems with Carmageddon deleting save files?
They'll probably say something stupid like "122% is more than 78% so it's obviously better"
Yeah, so basically /r/android is just nonstop frustration.
I'd rather have 122% than 78% but in the end, get over it. It is just a phone display. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

Of course, but people pretending that going over the color space in gamut is a good thing are just plain wrong.
Don't do that. JTAG the damn thing, it's cheaper to fix it that way.
Not if you dont have/know anyone with a jtag
If you don't like it, don't buy it.
Argument by dismissal.
