Holy crap next browser is faster than anything I've used! Things load so fast, faster than stock and I can actually type stuff! And browse fp without problems!

It's fucking brilliant up until you realise current beta only has portrait mode. I'm definitely going to use it as my daily browser once it gets up to scratch.
I think they are also using the same rendering engine they are also using for the forked Go Launcher build, so smooth.
Go launcher was always laggy for me.
So I'm sort of new-ish to this whole thing, and is there a youtube app that isn't complete garbage like every one I've tried so far?
As in, will actually buffer the entire video and not ten or so seconds, won't delete everything buffered so far when I switch apps and also keep playing in the background.

HTC First is getting the boot, it looks like. Slow sales. Because really, who wants a watered down Android phone when you can get a full blown Android phone?
That was ridiculously fast.
Sony Xperia ZR, same has Xperia Z but tougher, more waterproofing (they even advertise doing underwater videos and shit) without the 1080p screen announced.

Fuck cyanogenmod for now, HTC sense is amazing.

I was impressed with it when I used a coworker's One. Really minimalist. Could use a few more customization options but it's really a step in the right direction (especially compared to vomitware like TouchWiz)

You're not wrong there. God Damn this is great.
What do you guys think?
Wait out my Big Red contract and get the HTC One through Sprint? Or split off from the family plan now and get the GS4 through Big Red? I would get rid of TouchWiz faster than you can recite the Bible from memory. (i.e. eventually, the sooner the better though.)
I have an upgrade on my line now and I can split off to a new account at any time and retain the upgrade. The One is probably coming to Verizon too so who knows.
I haven't posted here since when I got my Note II :S.
Anyway, I were gonna ask If I should get the S4 but then Animosus said I should get the HTZ One.
Is there any build faults, hardware faults I should know about? Like the other HTZ with dust under the screen etc.
Would be fun to try HTZ for ones. Wont be my main phone though, more like play phone.
From what I've been reading, if there's nothing wrong with the screen (dust or dead pixels), it completes the inbuilt diagnostics fine, and the tolerances on the gaps around the phone are consistent, you should be good.
I just noticed though that the screen is 4.7 and my note II is 5.5. The SG4 is 5"
This is problematic for me. Damn.

Why on earth would you get a new phone if you have the Note II? You can't have had that one for more than a year.

It got released 8 months ago. I just want a new phone thats all.
I will probably go for the SG4 though seeing as One has 4.7" screen which is a big deal for me.
Look what amazing phone I'm using using until my Nexus gets repaired!
(Penny for size comparison)

Facebook is also (slowly) losing it's foothold.

I wonder if their awful design decisions and lackluster apps have anything to do with it. It doesn't even launch on my iPhone (completely stock 6.1.2 by the way) and on my iPad it's not very intuitive.

I literally have to use the mobile site on my phone, and by the time that's loaded I really don't care about whatever I wanted to do.
What, why would it not work on your phone
it works fine on my outdated iPod touch on 5.1.1
I don't know. It just sits at the blank screen for a few seconds and closes. I've tried updating it and reinstalling, no dice.
I've "resurrected" the phone a few times so it could just be broken but something tells me if it was really broken I'd be suffering from more than one app not working.

Facebook for android is one of those apps that breaks something new with every update and usually doesn't fix what it breaks until several patches later.
