Google Play Music update allows you to select your SD card for saving music now. Ol' Pie, your problem was solved literally a day later without doing anything. :v: http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/12/05/google-play-music-update-5-3-1316m-adds-lots-of-new-code-including-sd-card-downloads-but-few-user-facing-changes-apk-download/
Wow. Thanks for pointing out! [editline]5th December 2013[/editline] aaaaaaand my rom is Nexus 5 4.4 based so it doesn't have that feature because it thinks it's a nexus 5 and doesn't show it up. Oh dear.

Thank you based Google! edit: if you installed the transparent bars mod on your N4, the OP in this thread has stock framework-res.apk's so you can revert that and then you will be allowed to install the OTA.
Anyone having issues with their mobile browser? Mine keeps crashing on FP. I kept trying to view a thread, and it would crash. I restarted my phone, and still it crashed, I wiped my cache, still crashed. I tried wiping my Dalvik, and it's still crashing. :P
My mom and my friend both got themselves a Moto X on the sale price... I'm sooooo jelly. [editline]6th December 2013[/editline] Well, mom's is technically a present from my brother, dad, and I.
So I've finally got my sim and my phone, just waiting on the case now. I really like the Nexus 5, it's feels so silky smooth. Although I'm kinda sad, for some reason I'm not getting a connection to my networks 3G, on my desire HD it was rare for me to lose connection to 3G, it would usually be H or 3G. But I seemingly can't get anything with this phone. Don't know if I'm missing some setting or something. I'm with Giff Gaff at the moment who as far as I'm aware piggy backs off the O2 network. [editline][/editline] Turns out you have to add giffgaff manually, so all is well now.
So my new skiing goggles run android 4.1.1. This could be very interesting if I sideload apps :v:

So it's Christmas soon which means presents. In this case phon. I've a choice between Samsung's Galaxy S4, a G2, Nexus 5 and Xperia Z1. Any suggestions? I'm leaning to Xperia Z1 at the moment, how big of a mistake is it?

Samsung phones usually come stuffed up with a lot of software, both good and bad. I don't know about the LG G2 and the Xperia Z1. From my experiences, stock 4.4 is delicious in a good phone, so if you want try it. But it depends a lot on the uses you are going to give to your phone, so I can't help you there.
LG G2 is pretty unbloated stock really but some of the stock apps that have been replaced like the sms app suck. The only glaring issue with it at all is CIQ which can be disabled in settings on my D801. Dunno why everyone says the G2/N5 camera sucks, I know mine takes better pictures than the GS4 and it pretty perfect outside of burning whites. Just took this an hour ago, I'm running an AOSP rom so it was taken at 8MP and not 13MP. All I did was snap a picture, everything looks great unless you're looking at it at max res. It's a cell phone camera. These cameras are just as good if not better with OIS as your average point and shoot from 3-4 years ago. Try all the devices out in person, if you can, but if you want decent/stock roms that aren't heavily bloated, N5, G2, Z1 are the options, I'd suggest. Oh and if you passionately hate bezels think twice about the Z1.
Nexus 5 arrived today way earlier so my dad decided to give it to me already and i have to say "And i thought a S3 is already nice" This phone is glorious but takes some getting used to from CM10.1.3 to Stock Google Rom but whatever it feels nice and all now i just need to unroot and unrom my S3 also i want to remove the triangle on the S3 but i dont want to pay for that app. any other way which i could do it with?

http://androidnews.co.in/2013/12/06/samsung-galaxy-s4-gets-official-omnirom-android-4-4-nightlies/ Is Omni good? I'm considering going for it.
Fuck sake, i wont be replacing the LCD screen for awhile. I need to find a way to get into the phone and get my files. And i've tried everything. Nothing worked. Help me please fuck [editline]6th December 2013[/editline] So far i've did: - Screen cast, to untick folders, open usb debugging Problem: USB Debugging isnt open. -Side to side comparison with a galaxy s3, trying to find usb debugging Problem: I've opened the lock once, and i locked it back, because there was no way i can find settings while not even knowing that i'm on settings screen. -Asoftech Data Recovery Problem: Doesnt sees my phone.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1494114&nocache=1 Bottom of first post.
Thanks lad.
Okay shit i got past the lock screen again, tried to open the USB debugging but i'm not sure what i did, DroidExplorer couldnt find it
...why did I write Nexus 5 when I know it's Nexus 7 not a 5. Euargh. But yeah, Xperia Z1, G2 or Galaxy S4. I doubt I'll get Galaxy S4 because bloatware. Pity they don't have Nexus 5 though.
For those who dont know: My lcd screen is broken and i cant see shit, although i managed to open the lock, but i cant navigate through the settings
HTC One is one of the possibilities though. Decisions decisions. [editline]6th December 2013[/editline] There is Nexus 5 available. Have I smoked something or something?
