Hey to the people who have Nexus 7 2013, have you run into any touch screen issues?
It includes the screen being unresponsive, laggy or only back to normal when turning off then turning the screen back on?

It's unresponsive and has ghosts if it's been out in the cold, otherwise fine. Except I think there's a little spot that's like the size of an electron somewhere around my p key on my keyboard, where it bugs out sometimes.

Are you using SwiftKey?
I recently got my first android as an early Christmas present; a Kyocera Rise running on ICS. So far, I like it. However, being the power-hungry person I am, I want to root the thing so I can tweak stuff like the system sounds and battery life. Of course, the Rise looks like the absolute hardest thing to root, seeing how Root Many Android doesn't seem to like it, and the other methods I've tried don't seem to cooperate, either.
Should I just give up and keep it as is or keep looking for a way to root this thing?
uggh the rise that phones a pain in the ass http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2307306 this should work for rooting as far as custom kernels/roms your SOL as far as I Know

Being in this hangout feels like going to a party you weren't invited to and being told to sit in the corner and not say anything.

Still interesting though, of course.

Well it's a public Hangout, the intention was to show you guys what was going on and I guess receive suggestions or whatever for the mod.

Ugh, I've tried that tut like 4 times, and every time I get to Poot (after downloading the qt fix) it doesn't write the su binary for some reason. Maybe I'm missing something somehow.

Yesh.
(Imagine Sean Connery saying that, or this post will seem boring and completely void of any real content)

Try using a differnt keyboard app and see if it still happens
I tried Google keyboard, and the layout was so horrible, I decided I'd rather get cancer than switch away from SwiftKey in order to see if the problem is SwiftKey-specific.

Somehow, I think you'd rather switch away from SwiftKey rather than get cancer, I think

A spheroid region 705m in diameter?
That was a fun episode.

It might be a SwiftKey specific issue, my phone gets keyboard lag similar to what's going on.
This is the last thing which needs doing, the app icon. Now, which one should I use?

Okay then, it is final, my icon is being used. And that finishes it all up, time to spread the love of #holo.

I gotta be honest, your version of Steam looks significantly better. Well done.

Thanks for the box, now I can put all of my winner ratings in it <3
The chat button only works on people I never talk to for some reason.
It did it for me on the original app too, which is odd, although the only person I can't press it on is Gary, but it doesn't matter, it's only Gary.
You're going to want to press on their name then press "chat".

The chat button on the friends list doesn't work for some people for some reason. Even if you chatted with them recently, sometimes the button is not there. I think it thinks the friend is offline, if you look at the offline friends the chat button exists on some people but doesn't for some. The steam app doesn't allow you to send offline messages unless you're already on the chat window with the recipient so that's probably one of the causes. I've only seen this issue on offline friends, not for anyone online or in game. Also the app will not allow you to send messages if they are offline. It will tell you the friend is offline and not allow you to send anything which kind of sucks. There's also no group messaging or voice chat if that matters.
(obligatory use Google Hangouts plug)
