I've done this too, but it just reminds me the phone is running the same specs as the Droid X, which came out in September 2010
the droid x looked really nice when it came out
Yeah, Meego runs very well on it, but anything Android related reminds me of when I had a Droid Incredible
So I got around to putting on the screen protector from Spigen Holy shit, Ultra Crystal is right :v: You can't see or feel the thing at all unless you look at the edges Only downside is it's not Oleophobic, so the screen gets a little smudged faster than the bare glass
The creators of Sliding Messenger released EvolveSMS, and it looks so much better than Sliding. Testing it out and if it doesn't crash, has working popups that aren't annoying I may have to use it as my main messaging app.
Anyone know why UCCW is showing different weather for two different devices? They both use Yahoo, with the same update interval and location. Forced an update on both of them and they're still different. [t]http://i.imgur.com/eMSEjmw.png[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/QNf6uPF.jpg[/t]
Not sure if I'm late with this one but there's a screen recorder on GravityBox which I'd never seen before and I think it's new. It's pretty good, doesn't lag anything and the quality isn't half bad.
You aren't using ikermitkiller's Steam app. You poor, poor thing...
To be honest I don't even use the Steam app, everyone I need to talk to on Steam has WhatsApp or Skype.

I use this for my screen recording https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spectrl.rec&hl=en_GB
I'm guessing it requires root eh?
most importantly it needs Android 4.4, so look elsewhere :v:
Aw. Well I use screen cast which lags something that already lags a lot
most importantly it needs Android 4.4, so look elsewhere :v:
Does GravityBox for 4.3 not have the feature?
I assume it's using the built in 4.4 screen recorder command (as that's by far the best/smoothest recording thing out there), so probably not.
Yeah, it uses the built-in recording in KitKat, that's why there's a time limit on how long it can record.
Yeah, it uses the built-in recording in KitKat, that's why there's a time limit on how long it can record.
How long is the limit?
How long is the limit?
It's somewhere around 3-4 minutes if I remember correctly.
If you were serious about recording, you could use something called the BlackMagic Intensity. If your device can do HDMI out (miniHDMI, slimport, mhl, etc.) you can plug that HDMI output right into the Intensity and record as much as you want to. That way you don't have to worry about storage space on the device running out or any slow downs or lag. http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/intensity/
Or just about any capture card that has hdmi?
Yeah, that too. Just make sure it can do HDMI.
Are you fucking serious? I fucking hate this phone (LG Optimus L9) [sp]and google[/sp]. I can't fucking move apps to my SD card because the functionality was removed in 4.0 (but was apparently re-added in 4.3. This piece of shit is stuck on 4.1.2) which means I'm stuck with 1.2gb of space for them (which I've already fucking hit after having the phone for less than a month). Also it's got a fucking locked bootloader and there's no known vulnerabilities to root it in the latest shitty factory/carrier ROM (which the phone came with) so I'm stuck with that and can't change it. How the fuck am I supposed to do anything with such little space?! [editline]19th January 2014[/editline] fuck [editline]19th January 2014[/editline] and what's worse is that I know the unofficial 4.4 Cyanogen mod runs well enough on the phone but the asshole manufacturer locks the phone and then doesn't bother to attempt to keep it up to date [editline]19th January 2014[/editline] They patched previous vulnerabilities to root the phone! Why the fuck would they do that?!

You can probably downgrade to an older android version by flashing an older rom. No root or unlocked bootloader required I think. It works for me if i was to downgrade to Gingerbread for whatever reason.

Some app devs make their app so it can't natively move to the sd card, install an app called app2sd and it will give you a list of what apps you can move to the sd card.

I know that the internal SD card is emulated but why wouldn't it be able to detect my actual external card? [editline]19th January 2014[/editline] If it's supposed to look like this That button's just not there
