Also after having used swiftkey for however long, it has its predictions for you so when you switch to Google keyboard its a load of shit.
That and you get so used to where the long press symbols are.

My HTC One V is slowly dying since I dropped it. Like only half of the screen is usable http://i.imgur.com/G7e6RmT.png So I'm looking for a new phone. Is HTC Desire 601 decent?
Hey, perhaps you guys can enlighten me on something. Recently purchased a Nexus 7 tablet, I'm quite satisfied with it. But there is something odd. I have the Total Commander file manager on the tablet, and I frequently copy files over through the USB to PC connection. After I copy over the files to the tablet I often move them around, rename, remove, etc. through Total Commander. When I plug the tablet back into the PC and go into the file system again, I see files that shouldn't exist, because I removed them or moved them from that folder with Total Commander. What's up with that? I also can't see the entire file system when I plug it in, just this selection of folders. I'm assuming it's some sort of safeguard, so the average user doesn't remove vital files. But I trust my judgment enough to leave vital shit alone. Is there a setting somewhere so I can see the entirety of the internal storage?

Just had my mom break the glass on my Nexus 5. Because of that and some other shit that's going on in my life I've been crying since (maybe 20-30 minutes since now), she's going to pay for it to get fixed, though.
scaling to the smallest keyboard size
Since when did SwiftKey have this feature and where is it?
Anything non-flagship from HTC is p bad.
But don't you need loads of money for flagships?
Since when did SwiftKey have this feature and where is it?
Hold down the 123/Swiftkey button and it has three choices of size. Full, thumb and compact.
Was changing my SIM when either the tray or SIM card got caught on one of the contacts and ripped it out.
Is the Z2's sim tray particularly easy to break? Is it flimsy? Should it influence my decision to get the phone?
Is the Z2's sim tray particularly easy to break? Is it flimsy? Should it influence my decision to get the phone?
Nah, I was just unlucky I guess.
Sorry for asking you so much about the phone, I just want to make sure I make the right choice
Sorry for asking you so much about the phone, I just want to make sure I make the right choice
It is an amazing piece of hardware and would recommend it regardless of my little mishap. Sony does have a bit of bloat on there which can be removed when root is out for it.
Thank you. Definitely getting it now. People were saying the screen was not bright enough or not visible in sunlight, is that true at all?

The colours are amazing though, watch the nature demo video on one if you can.
Is the Z2's sim tray particularly easy to break? Is it flimsy? Should it influence my decision to get the phone?
Well, how often do you change your sim?
Yahoo's Aviate Launcher is so good it should be fucking illegal.
Did they fix the battery draining? I tried it when it first launched with that yahoo code to use it, it drained battery like a motherfucker.
Well, how often do you change your sim?
Good point. I'll just be careful the first time and never have to do it again.
Anyone know of a good proxy app? Would like to get American Netflix on my phone but all these apps are either trails or a bit suspicious.
Know of any for unrooted devices? Haven't bothered rooting my Nexus 5 yet. If not, I'll probably root it tomorrow.
Why do you need a proxy app for that? Can't you just put the proxy settings in the wifi settings?
Know of any for unrooted devices? Haven't bothered rooting my Nexus 5 yet. Why not just use a VPN?
Or just use a DNS server like I do. I've got my home router set up to use the American DNS servers, so all our devices get american Netflix.

Doesn't mask your IP, they'd still block you normally.
I had a weird dream last night where I bought a Wind Mobile SIM, got it actuated and paid $40 for a month of service pre paid and $25 for the Sim card (which is hilariously overpriced) and I wanted to pop it into my nexus 5 and use the data service but couldn't because I didn't have the Sim card ejection tool with me at the mall. So I was still stuck on my Rogers Sim and service. I felt helpless and I wanted data access :-\ Then I woke up. Back to the normal days of being on Rogers :-(

Before a device is out, Doomlord somehow always manages to get a dump of the FW and root it before it comes out. Though if you don't want to unlock your bootloader, a simpler version might come out later.
