if nobody is going to fix anything they could at least make the forum filter https://youtube to http://youtube
I don't use maps much but this is cool, apparently google maps show roadwork being done on different places in Stockholm (not sure if it's done that before)

well we all strive to be unique
Cam scanner pro is on sale for $0.99 but after reading reviews and news that there are more in app purchases and subscriptions inside, it doesn't seem worth it.
I opened Google now to check something and it told me how many hours I walked in the past two months. :tinfoil:

Happens on the first of every month. Let me tell you, with a 30 minute walk to and from campus 4 days a week, I easily walked more than 2 hours this month.

It's based on your phone's accelerometer, not your location data :l
I also think my phones' accelerometer needs calibrating
I'm debating whether or not to root my phone. I think the only reason I want to root my phone is so that I can play music from my cars stereo while connected with USB only.
The only thing I really care about is battery life and how easy it is to use my phone. For example, I have to turn on bluetooth on my phone to use my car's stereo and connect my phone to my car to charge it, and turn it off and I'm not in my car otherwise my battery will drain fast. Since I drive frequently, it's kind of a pain in the ass and I'd much rather prefer to just connect to it using a USB cable to both charge it and play music.
I've heard a lot about custom roms basically obliterating batteries and also have other issues like crapping the phones signal and whatnot. Would it be worth it for me to root and if so, what ROM should I use?
You should be able to root without using a custom rom. My Droid Bionic's rooted on the stock 4.1 rom.

I walked 16 hours in March and 15 hours last month.

It gives me public transport while I'm in Oslo, but not when I'm in Bergen (which is where I live) because our retarded transport authorities won't release any info. (and their apps suck, if I accidentally open the ticket app, it has a loading screen, and when I've switched to another app and the ticket app is done loading, it pops up over whatever I was doing)

It's fixed on newer versions of vbulletin, it even lets you use the short links. Garry needs to update it

It pops up on Google Now. I got it there, or maybe you can ask it.

Google Drive does most of that for free

But I don't want to upload it onto Google Drive, I want it to be stored in Evernote. To do so would require an additional step (or steps).
Hey new phone question incoming
So my iPhone's LCD screen suddenly decided to break (not even the glass, I seriously have no idea how it happened) and I'm strongly considering switching over to Android if my warranty doesn't cover the screen. My girlfriend's got a Galaxy S4 and it's incredibly slick, so I've been leaning towards that model, but I've heard rumors about the Galaxy S5 being on the horizon so I figure I'd be better off waiting. Problem is I can't really go without a phone for that long, and given there's no release date announced I have no idea if I can wait or not.

Posted this a week or so ago, turns out my phone was up for replacement so I ended up getting an S5
The OS took some getting used to, but I'm really glad I switched at this point

Woot! I'm in a picture, me!
Your names Falco? Badass.
Nah his name is Jacob, he just accidently covered part of his last name

Well then scan with Evernote
Welp. I tried the ultra power saving function on my S5, and it probably saved about 30 minutes of battery life.
How is the SMART power saving thinger in Z1/Z2?

If I were to just leave my phone on idle while not doing a lot on my phone I can sit high 80 and low 90 after the day ends. Doesn't really affect much at all to be honest.
Running stock SonyUI version 4.4.2, automatic brightness, X-Reality on.

Speaking of battery saving programs in general, I've been using Linpus Battery, and it definitely shows great results. When having this application not installed, I can maybe squeeze a day or something out of the battery. Now it lasts like 2 days and 8 hours on average.

(The gaps in network signal is when I'm asleep, to make sure none can bother me in the middle of the night)
Unfortunate though that I can't hide the icon and only have the stats of Linpus show up in the notification drawer.

I've heard xreality makes the display looks like complete shit.
