I bought a Moto G for my mom and I can confirm it's a really cool phone and I would heartily recommend it
Also - Nexus wireless charger to go with Nexus 5: yea or nay
That's 50 bucks, you can get similar wireless charger for $30 range
Also - Nexus wireless charger to go with Nexus 5: yea or nay
the AT&T store sells the nokia wireless charger for $25 and you really can't get a better built charger for the price http://www.att.com/shop/wireless/accessory.chargers-nokia-black-wireless-charging-plate-sku6290260.html#fbid=zg3ZPFBp3uR dunno if this works in canada i own one and its pretty nice and well designed. BUT, my unit emits coil whine whenever there is a fully charged device on the charger.

Anyone else having the problem that Hangouts eats your battery life?
Thinking about getting something Android again for smartphone (as I decided, that iOS is better for me on tablet). I need: a good camera, a great sound, at least decent battery life, and it needs to be somewhat usable for one hand. Also, loads of storage space, for my big music collection. Currently leaning towards Galaxy S5, but given my record with previous Samsung phones - I am a little bit in doubt. Any advices? (except obvious Nexus 5, 16 gb and decent sounds are a no-go for me)
Usable for one hand eliminates most of the high end android phones. My Z2 has great sound, an awesome camera, and amazing battery life, but is really hard to hold in one hand. The M8 may be easier to hold but has an old camera, and the S5 has a great camera and battery life but shitty sound.
I feel like they could crap all of that power into a smaller package and still have decent battery life.
Well, I have big hands, so I can deal with 4,7 - 5, but not bigger. I thought about S5 because I heard it has good sound (seems I was misinformed) and have a special screenmode, in which it can shrink screen to one of the sides, making it easier for one hand. And I am not thinking about Sony because... well, I had too much trouble with their technical gimmics ian all sorts of devices, not just smartphones.

The screen size is about the size of my potato at it's smallest but can be easily resized.
Now that i look at it, yeah, the moto g is so much better for just 40€ more. And also, i've checked moto e's price on dollars and it's 129$, and in Europe you get it for 129€. Why is this? Shouldn't it be about 90 €?

You guys should consider the LG G2, too. It does what Samsung can. [t]http://i.imgur.com/d6q0hNL.jpg[/t]
Wait for the G3. Also when I said sound what I meant was "speakers". As far as I know, pretty much all the high end phones have good sound output through headphones/Bluetooth. And I can handle the Z2 about as well as my old M7, so it's more a question of design than size. My older Optimus G slipped out of my hand all the time despite being around as large as my Z2. Your experience may be difference, since I have pretty big hands.
I'm considering the Moto G as my next phone, currently have a Nexus S :v: Would love something high-end, but I just haven't got the money for that. [editline]15th May 2014[/editline] Does anyone know if the 4G LTE version will be available in 'Global GSM' as I live in Denmark?
So I got a call from the Telenor store where I handed in my phone today, they wanted $400 to fix the screen on my Nexus 5. So my mum and I decided that it'd be better if we just bought a new one, so it looks like I'll be getting a white Nexus 5 sometime next week! I've still gotta pay $55 for them to ship it back to me, though (diagnosis fee, and shipping)
So I got a call from the Telenor store where I handed in my phone today, they wanted $400 to fix the screen on my Nexus 5.
What the fuck are they doing, buying another one and swapping the motherboards? Do they have a pile of screenless phones in a garbage bin out back?
This idiot I know put their phone in a bench drill today and left a nice dent in the screen, then got pissed off because 'they didn't know it would damage the screen'.
What the fuck are they doing, buying another one and swapping the motherboards? (Also, the webstore where I usually buy all my electronics has the black N5 listed at $470, and the white and red listed at $588)

NFC tap them for maximum victory.
strap them both to your shoulders for some sick maximum nexii warrior shoulder pads
Yup, that's the plan. Maybe not replacing the screen, but keeping it around is the plan. So I'm gonna try out the white one, and if I don't like it, grab the black one of my old Nexus.

I'd be willing to pay twice as much to get a wireless charger that doesn't make noise, to be honest.
I think the nexus wireless charger makes buzzing noises
I think the nexus wireless charger makes buzzing noises
I've read some accounts of it but all the big review sites don't seem to mention it. I wonder if they'd accept a return if I bought one and it buzzed.
