It's not really that hard to get multi window on other roms. There's a few xposed modules for that. [editline]8th June 2014[/editline] So when are we going to start a revolution to make 32GB the base standard? Also not charge £40 or more for double the storage. I'll get the torches and pitchforks ready.
Is a Sony Xperia Z2 a good phone or is the Z1 better?
Is a Sony Xperia Z2 a good phone or is the Z1 better?
Nope the Z2 is better in pretty much every way.
Is a Sony Xperia Z2 a good phone or is the Z1 better?
z2 is better, also newer
I know this isn't strictly android related but does anyone know of a good bluetooth reciever things? The thing that you plug in your headphones so it can receive bluetooth audio from a phone and what not. I don't really know what they're called.
TouchWiz has a lot of really useful features that CyanogenMod doesn't have... like multi-window... or some really basic stuff that stock Android doesn't even implement... ... and let's not even talk about the fact that CM isn't as optimized for the specific phone hardware, so generally you'll have more battery drain. I stick with TouchWiz and just freeze/remove most of the preinstalled Samsung apps.
At the end of the day, the ROM I am using has an AOSP theme and I am using most of the AOSP apps. Only difference is that the ROM is TouchWiz based and gets all the benefits you mentioned.

Of course HE would be the one to have that
since he's rocking production version, i think a i/o release is likely
I won't even consider a watch that isn't 1) waterproof and 2) doesn't last at least 1 week when left alone
I won't even consider a watch that isn't 1) waterproof and 2) doesn't last at least 1 week when left alone
i just dont want it to burn my wrist
I won't even consider a watch that isn't 1) waterproof and 2) doesn't last at least 1 week when left alone
Various sources online says it's water resistant, and the only thing I found about battery was that it was probably exclusively Qi charging.
Various sources online says it's water resistant, and the only thing I found about battery was that it was probably exclusively Qi charging.
water resistant is not the same as waterproof my pebble is waterproof
It's Saturday night. You've spent the last six hours partaking of the fruit of the vine in pleasant company (read: you're so drunk that your date is getting a contact buzz). Being the public-minded and responsible drinker you are, you elect to take the bus home. All seventeen stops. After a night out with your friends Morgan, Daniels, and Cuervo, it's difficult to stay awake on the rolling bus. You miss your stop and end up so far from home that you might as well stay on the bus and wait to get off in the morning. If this situation sounds familiar to you, you'll love the newest feature added to Google Now on Android. If you open Google Now when you're using public transportation, it may offer an integrated alarm for saved locations like home and work. The alarm knows where and approximately when you should exit - just tap it, and it will alert you before you get there, overcoming the drinking you did earlier in the evening (or previous evening) and saving you a missed stop.
http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/06/07/google-now-has-an-alarm-that-can-wake-you-up-to-keep-you-from-missing-your-stop-on-public-transportation/
Awesome, I can now pay less attention when on public transit. I wonder how well this would work underground...
water resistant is not the same as waterproof my pebble is waterproof
I feel like it's similar to how most little sport watches are water resistant to xx meters. It is probably enough to suit most people.
I wonder how well this would work underground...
It's using timetables, not gps But yeah, it'll need to know you're on the PT, so I guess that's an issue. I have my mode set to walking, and I get parking notifications after I get off the train...
just flashed that update and i'm still on 4.4.2 okay nevermind then

I walked to school too, though, like I usually do. [editline]8th June 2014[/editline]
just flashed that update and i'm still on 4.4.2 okay nevermind then
We told you!
4.4.3 on my Note 10.1 2013, YEAH!
4.4.3 on my Note 10.1 2013, YEAH!
I would be questioning it if it was a 2011 or 2012 model, but a 2013 model is pretty new, and should be getting updates anyway :L Does it work well though?

What's a good ftp app? Solid Explorer freezes file transfers a lot.
I use this File Manager Haven't tried the FTP transfers but it supports it, plus it's my favorite file manager I've tried :v: [editline]9th June 2014[/editline] There's a pro version but it just gets rid of ads
Only thing I got from that update is that contacts crashes when I get a phone call. Nice.

Got HL2 working on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I can't walk around yet since my attempt to use a Windows Xbox style controller resulted in perpetual spinning in circles. But I got this in engine picture from the intro. [Thumb]http://i58.tinypic.com/2gsk5g1.jpg[/thumb] Any suggestions for free on screen solutions?
I'm still pretty amazed that HL2 and Portal can run natively and smooth on Android devices. Who would've thought that when smartphones started to spread.
My new Nexus 5 should be here tomorrow, yay. Still curious to as why my Nexus 5 refuses to get a signal anymore. So strange. Anyways T-Mobile had excellent support for a change.
They just replaced it, without taking yours?
