My bets on either Licorice or Lollipop.
I miss Key lime Pie :(
i'm like 60/40 between LMP/Lollipop

LMP?
It's Lupus.

Shut up foreman it's not lupus

Lemon Meringue Pie
I got some useful feedback posting my first app here, so I'm back with another (much more interesting) app called Fruity Bat. This app is basically iCopter meets Flappy Bird meets Minecraft, where you try to fly a bat as far into a randomly generated cave as possible, collecting cherries to boost your score:

I enjoyed it, only problem I found was the the replay and leaderboard buttons don't work.

Lollipop is not a dessert and neither is lemonade nor lickorice. That's three right off my guess list.
Lemon Meringue Pie seems likely to me because of the similarity with Key Lime Pie.

How's kitkat a dessert? I thought the criteria was just sweets.

Jellybean wasn't a dessert either or honeycomb.

Yea I totally blanked on what some of them were called.
For some reason, USB Tethering on my Nexus 5 is weirdly broken. I was trying to download league of legends and when it started it peaked at 2MB/s down. The thing is for some stupid reason it stopped connecting. I check my phone and Steam is still up but data isn't working on the computer.
In my opinion it's probably going to be named Lollipop if that picture holds any truth to it. It's something everyone knows and likes to some extent, whereas licorice is more or less equally known, but not necessarily liked by everyone (me included).
The rest aren't as common, which is why they went for KitKat instead of Key Lime Pie in the first place. Hell, I have no idea how a lava cake tastes like (although I'd like to try).
Plus, a lollipop looks more enticing than black licorice.

lava cakes are delicious
but, lemon meringue pie is no more eclectic than eclair
Lesbians are sweet too
I don't exactly disagree but...
Ok I've flashed a leaked version of 5.0 on my Nexus 5 and I like the new version easter egg
you probably have a different ROM than they do
I finally called Straight Talk for tech support. They said Samsung removed a lot of options for certain models.
Returning that shit.

I don't know if they have changed their ToU but they could cut off your data or heavily throttle it indefinitely for tethering, streaming or P2P stuff last time I checked them out

They just told me about tethering, but streaming what?
I'm still returning it as it's a model with 1 gig of RAM and upgrading to Kitkat requires more (says Samsung/Google)

FYI: straight talk is the one that's selling that version
don't blame samsung, blame straighttalk (the kitkat limit is lame and shouldn't be an issue it might be your carrier actually)
Supposedly you can just flash a Verizon or Sprint rom on them, it's up to you to do the research though.

1gb is plenty of 4.4, I ran 4.3 with 386mb and it was pretty much the same as 2.3 for me.
The S3 is a pretty horribly out of date phone though, I wouldn't pay more than $50 for one.

I'm planning on doing the Bring Your Own Phone thing that Straight Talk offers.
Apart from the Samsung Galaxy series, would you recommend anything? I'd like to be able to use the most recent version of Android, and I'm not too familiar with this stuff.

[del]since straight talk uses att/tmo
the literal best choice for BYOD is nexus 5
hands down[/del]
what's the model number of your phone actually?

super mega edit:
looking around, straighttalk's byod uses att/tmo (the sgs3 uses verizon or sprint), so nexus 5 is the way to go then

SCH-S968C.01 is the hardware version listed in the About Device section. I don't know what that .01 means.
The price is better than I remembered for the Nexus 5 so I'll go with that. Is there anything I should aim for when I buy it off Amazon? I see a lot of "unlocked" versions. With other phones, I've seen AT&T, Sprint, Verizon etc versions and it got extremely confusing.

Sorry should have been more specific, I meant streaming video for "extended periods" e.g. netflix, twitch, etc

The GSM unlocked model is compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile and will work fine on ST with either sim
