Is a Sony Xperia J a good phone ?
no
no
Why's that? i don't really need a high end phone if i am going to just call and text.
Why's that? i don't really need a high end phone if i am going to just call and text.
get a moto g it's newer less crap
Why's that? i don't really need a high end phone if i am going to just call and text.
Moto G is around the same price, with way better specs and probably will last you a longer time.
There's the LTE version that has a micro sd card slot if you need it.
There's the LTE version that has a micro sd card slot if you need it.
Yeah i was probably going to put a 16gb micro sd card in the xperia j if i get it. and also everyone i only need a phone for call and text i wouldn't really use it for anything else. maybe some games but nothing with hd graphics..
as said before go with Moto g, way better for around the same price
as said before go with Moto g, way better for around the same price
Let me think about it and i will let you guys know which one i choose.
shouldn't be any thinking, it should be a obvious choice why get something worse when you can get something so much better for not much more your logic doesn't make sense..
shouldn't be any thinking, it should be a obvious choice why get something worse when you can get something so much better for not much more your logic doesn't make sense..
Well i will probably go with the moto g.
Fucking hell, I was taking a nap and my girlfriend called and HOLY SHIT THE HTC ONE IS LOUD FUCK
good thing i don't have to worry about this, not because the nexus 5 isn't loud but because im single.
Fucking hell, I was taking a nap and my girlfriend called and HOLY SHIT THE HTC ONE IS LOUD FUCK
Makes a good alarm clock though doesn't it? It will wake you up. After the first day of using the alarm on mine I had to find a new alarm app that would gradually increase the volume.
So I bought a Refurbished Nexus 7 2013 on newegg because it's only a $140 after MIR. Did I make a mistake for that price? I wanted something other than my aging Evo 3D to browse the web off my computer with, and I was on a budget.

My M8 was next to my head face up with the ringer volume on max. I almost died.

Although I did hear some issues with the micro sd card slot on the LTE version of the Moto G. Something about it not liking specific brand sd cards..

Z2 is a pretty good phone, nice camera, water resistant, Sony doesn't do a shit job on updates and they have developer tools for you to unlock the bootloader and Sony's dev community is pretty strong because Sony was so nice. Lots of roms and support now.
Can't remember but I remember you having a G2 and Sprint or T-Mobile, I have both of those(sorta) and have both phones from each carrier running PA. The Sprint variant is a bit of a pain in the ass since you have to TOT and a bunch of shit to get a recovery going and all the correct base partitions but it just takes an hour or so and about 5gb worth of files.
I'd gladly flash my phone, I did with my old Razr, but I've never reversed it. There's no knox like bullshit on the G2, right?
I'd gladly flash my phone, I did with my old Razr, but I've never reversed it. There's no knox like bullshit on the G2, right?
no that's only Samsung phones i really hate fucking knox
So when I trade my phone back in for an upgrade next year I can just reflash the stock rom and they wont know any better? [editline]4th July 2014[/editline] Looks like rooting does trip something, but it looks like it's reversible.
reflash stock rom, remove any recovery and relock the bootloader i'd have to look up the G2 though, not familiar with rooting and so on with it
Rooted. Any rom sugestions? [editline]5th July 2014[/editline] Ffffffuuuck

There's no knox like bullshit on the G2, right?
If you root it you have to do a full restore with the LGFlashTool(TOT), if it's currently rooted it shows in the bootloader. LG has happily warrantied phones with triggered bootloaders, I'm suspecting if you brick it and it has a rooted flag and they can't fix it for you with a software fix they'll tell you tough shit or something like that. LG is pretty great when it comes to warranty issues like the "black lines" which is a hardware issue triggered through recoveries/flashing that has happened even on pure stock software. Flash PA, it's the primary rom for the G2 and everyone bases their sources from houstonn's. Mahdi is also another really good rom. Internal storage is an emulated sdcard.
