what rom?
The name is rather silly, Dirty Unicorns. Based on Omnirom, made by the same guys who made AsylumRom, which are contributing in developing omni on the Note1.
Better torrent client which isn't made by people who develop adware?
are you talking about for your phone or pc?
If PC then utorrent 2.2.1 all the way, phone then tTorrent

oh, heard of it (i think its available for my phone). any good? whats the differences with omni?
using a vpn would prevent a carrier from looking at the Internet traffic you've been using on your phone right?

TONS of tweaks. Theme support, built in adblocker, stuff like several task switchers to choose from and a lot more. You should check the thread what else is in it tho.
Oh and about the "is it good" part.
I do not know that yet, need to test it for some days before I say it is good or not. So far I like it even tho I managed to get into a SysUI crash loop and needed to wipe again to get it working again.
I'm thinking of getting Google Drive's 1TB plan for $10 a month, is there any better services that can provide more storage for the same price point? Fast uploading and downloading would be a must but from my experience, Google Drive is pretty fast..
Nope, Google is the best out there.
Also it's probably the less likely to just fuck off and stop providing it.

I'm getting 1TB for 2 dollars a month (when it's available)
Thanks Skydrive

Soon
OneDrive for business? You do know that they will probably require a minimum of members?
I LOVE paranoid android's hover feature.
Not directly Android related but still a google product. I'm wondering if there's a way to add artist art for artists not on Google Play Music?

It just annoys me a bit that they're all blank.

I sometimes found it annoying, I wonder how much it an impact it takes on my battery life...
-Navigation sucks up so much battery, especially on full screen brightness
Isn't there an option to lower the brightness between directions?
-In Maps, I searched for Tim Hortons and it gave me one that was far away. As we were driving around, we found one on the road. Like what the hell Maps. Sometimes it wouldn't even give me any nearby results for gas. Being in Toronto, I find that impossible for there to be no gas station for a 5km radius.
Maps always seems to do this with some dining options. For example, if I aim for directions to Chipotle, it'll take me to Denver, Colorado, all the way from Washington DC.

On another note, after toying around with Android L's developer preview, I'm looking to flash my Nexus 5 back to a 4.4.4 ROM, should I go stock, PA, or Omni?

Gotta check in and make sure my gelato isn't late.
Does Teamviewer support cross platform?
I'm at school right now, and they confiscate your phone here as daily discipline.
In fact I'm doing exams here for today and I want to use my phone in between.
They do allow me to use the school computers, but I'm too lazy to login to Facepunch and steam the whole damn time.
Oh and Teamviewer is installed on the machines here by default.
Thankfully I have access to the school's wireless network here.

AFIAK Teamviewer mobile can only access desktops, not the other way around
You could get a portable VNC client and put the server on your phone, but it'd be pretty shit depending on what the school's Wifi is like
There was a Teamviewer version that let you look at your phone. It was only for Samsung phones tho. Tested it on my Note1 once.
Yeah teamviewer quicksupport, used it some time ago out of curiosity.
On he other hand, currently they don't care that I use my phone.
Is the Moto G 4g still the best under £200 phone?

Yes.
Do the official Dropbox app or Google Drive app let you synchronise folders on your phone?
I currently use Dropsynk to make a backup of my whatsapp data and a few other apps, but I dont have the pro version.

No, they don't.

No, but BitTorrent Sync does. You'll have to have at least one other machine online for it to sync, and you can't access your files from a browser, though.

FolderSync!
Well worth the dosh. Tons of options to sync whatever, whenever you need it to.
Android L is quite neat, the Nexus 4 finally has a port. Everything but camera and bluetooth is working, which isn't too bad as ports go.
Bluetooth and camera are working perfectly fine on the port I'm using.
