try opening up this thread in FP mobile, if that works I need to know how the fuck you did that.
Rookie question - just upgraded my Galaxy S2 to Jellybean and I'm trying to change my wallpaper. Before, it would allow me to use the same resolution as my screen, which I cropped these wallpapers to be perfectly sized so as to reduce the shitty compression effects. Now, it has some weird-ass side bits like I'm on a tablet on the selection box. Any way to disable that?

I've cropped a load of these backgrounds and it would be a royal pain in the ass to go through fixing each, so I'd be happy even if there's a special app for it :v:

Must have gone back to the old "create portrait and landscape wallpapers at the same time" behavior. I think different launchers let you do that, but I'm not sure of one off the top of my head.
I'm having a problem connecting USB OTG cables to my Nexus 7. I have to hold the cable in a specific way for it to make a connection. Anyone else had an issue like that?

I told you; I just reinstalled it
Did it worked while you were logged in?
Did it worked while you were logged in?
Yup. It still has some issues like posting doesn't always work, and loading the last page doesn't always work. But I'm logged in. Is it crashing for you? That always used to happen on certain phones including mine, but it doesn't happen to me anymore.

The only real problem with going through a bunch of ROMs is that I have to use the stock keyboard to type in my WiFi's password and my Google account's password, because I don't have SwiftKey installed at that point.
That's not even a first-world problem though, that's on a way other level above that.
Ugh, my pocket-computer which is faster than any consumer home computer 10 years ago forces me to write under a hundred characters of text until I can go and change a piece of software without worrying about dependencies, or installation media/CD-key/other thing being lost.
I'll have to try again sometime. The only thing that is really missing from just using Chrome is the ability to easily rate people's posts.

on my Note 2 I'm plagued with an awful issue of the browser thinking the pen is hovering over something further down the page even though the cursor's in the right place, so I have to approximate where to tap to rate someone
So I sent my Nexus 4 off for repair yesterday due to a cracked screen. And then today...

There goes my Nexus 7.
Do not let me touch your phones and tablets if you want them in one piece.
How'd you manage that? My Nexus 7 has dropped face down on hardwood floor and it's still not cracked.

It was on the floor, I didn't know it was on the floor. I went to plug my phone into the back of my PC, so I put my knee down on what I thought was the floor, and what I thought was the floor was my Nexus 7.
I wish I knew what the probability of that ever happening again would be.

I think I'd cry.
So where can I get geel's fp app?
play store
test post from app
test post from app
And if you experience the same bugs as I did, you are now unsubscribed from this thread.
yeah, the subscription fucks up in all facepunch apps so far AFAIK. Just unsubscribes you after posting sometimes.
Any app developer can solve it by querying getsubscriptions and then readding the subscription.
is it possible to access bt wifi hotspots without the orange app? i looked it up on the play store and all the reviews complain about it being broken

Oh. I don't subscribe to threads. But the app isn't always reading newest posts; it's using a cache that's like a couple of hours old.

Should be able to connect to them anyway, you'd need to enter username/password of your account to actually use the wifi when you go onto the browser
odd, fp app doesn't work on my other account (11'er, it'll just crash every time i open it when i log in)
maybe it's the apostrophe
I need to replace the motherboard of a Samsung Galaxy S3 (i9300), would a motherboard of any of the other Samsung Galaxy S3's work? Ie this one:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Samsung-Galaxy-S3-i747-AT-T-UNLOCK-Fully-Functional-Logic-Main-Mother-Board-/161035877032 ?
And would there be an issue that it's verizon/AT&T and so on? I can use about 500$ before I'm not saving money by fixing it this way.
Who here enjoys the new Hangouts app or hates it?
Nobody is on it really. All the people I know do not use Google Talk or Google Plus or anything Google at all besides Gmail.
It's depressing.
I would use it for SMS whenever that comes out but chompSMS is amazing
