Finally installed PA on my Z2, loving how the nav bar and status bar changes colour per app.
Finally installed PA on my Z2, loving how the nav bar and status bar changes colour per app.
I've been thinking about changing to CM, do you still have 4k and slow motion filming? Is the 5 pin jack still working? And what about stamina mode? Oh, and last time I used CM (That was for my old V), the brightness sensor thing didn't work as well. With stock Sony I never have to change brightness manually, since it does the job so well. Is this still a problem? Although you're not using CM.
Submitted RMA stuff to Google, hopefully they don't figure out it's unlocked because I can't boot it up to unroot it Although if it's a hardware fault I could probably pull CPL and say I couldn't have caused it [editline]22nd September 2014[/editline] Welp, back to the wildfire until they send the replacement :suicide:
Countless people sent in their Nexus devices rooted with even custom roms installed and they didn't care. Read up on various reddit posts that Google simply doesn't care so you should be in the clear.

Ok, my search for replacement now narrowed to only two candidates: HTC One M8 and E8. Just because I got a SIM-card on my job, which I need to use too, but want to keep my existing number, so the only choosing for me is dual sim phones. Are there any more alternatives? [editline]22nd September 2014[/editline] Also, Galaxy SIII Duos is not considered at all
Got my 1+1 this morning. The mail truck initially drove past my house without ringing or anything but put a slip in the mailbox saying I could pick it up tomorrow. Instead I chased the truck and asked for my package and he was like damn sorry lol. Lazy mailmen, but whatever I got my sweet new phone and am gonna get the SIM for it tomorrow. It's cool enough customizing it and downloading all my apps back.
Viber keeps giving me a toast saying "failed to initialize camera", anyone know what's up with that?
Viber keeps giving me a toast saying "failed to initialize camera", anyone know what's up with that?
I don't think it could start up the camera.
I don't think it could start up the camera.
haha woah u just fuckin owned him
It's generally recommended for you to use the charger it came with.
Too bad my North American Moto G didn't come with a charger :v:
Recently I got an ASUS Fonepad 7 and as someone who's using Android for the first time (coming from a nokia e72), it's nice, but a bit confusing. However, I have a slight problem. When I un-plug my headphones, the music player starts playing the last song I played. Any ideas what's causing this?
Too bad my North American Moto G didn't come with a charger :v:
And the LTE version did :v but it's not like a charger and usb cable, it's an all in one charger that is painfully slow. My mom's old Nokia charger is 1.2A.
Moto 360 came in. I have a raging Android Boner right now.
a moto 360 came today i then refused it so i can switch to silver yay for waiting for shipping again
a moto 360 came today i then refused it so i can switch to silver yay for waiting for shipping again
I went with black. I like black. [editline]22nd September 2014[/editline] And the "too big" argument is dumb, especially for males. This watch is smaller than my old fossil.

So insane battery usage results for the Sony Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact, looking pretty insanely amazing. http://www.phonearena.com/news/All-bow-to-the-new-endurance-kings-Sony-Xperia-Z3-and-Z3-Compact-score-a-record-battery-life_id60922 Those two devices basically got a new record in battery life with ~10 hours screen on the with the Z3 and ~14 hours with the Z3c. Welp, I guess I bitch about my shitty battery life on the Nexus 5 too much so I guess I could switch to either the Z3 (which is probably too big) or the Z3c (which is smaller than the Nexus 5)
My question would be do those batteries continue to hold their charge for the two years I'm going to use the phone?
ASUS Fonepad 7
Yuck
My question would be do those batteries continue to hold their charge for the two years I'm going to use the phone?
it depends on how you use it, how often you use it and how many full recharge cycles you've been to but it should still work after 2 years.
My question would be do those batteries continue to hold their charge for the two years I'm going to use the phone?
I haven't noticed any drop in half a year (Z2)
it depends on how you use it, how often you use it and how many full recharge cycles you've been to but it should still work after 2 years.
Well obviously the battery will still work but we all know they don't hold their charge as long after about a year or so
Ordered my LG G3 today, couldn't say no for 50 bucks. Comes tomorrow (my first android)
Well obviously the battery will still work but we all know they don't hold their charge as long after about a year or so
well my old Sony Potato was more or less able to still provide almost 5 hours of screen on time after ~2.5 years of use.
Got any invites for a fellow Facepuncher?
Sure, but it says that getting invites to give away is randoms so idk when i'll recieve them. Hopefully before the invite system shuts down.
Sure, but it says that getting invites to give away is randoms so idk when i'll recieve them. Hopefully before the invite system shuts down.
OnePlus said that they will implement a pre-order system. An invite is guaranteed stock, pre-order depends on the stock availability.
Yeah but that's like next month man!
so is the next OTA fixing the touchscreen issues and other stuff :v:
