I already have one on my phone
I just use a different lock screen. I'm currently using Slide Lock.

I bought mine here with a (now expired) coupon code that brought it down to around $20 AUD:

Can confirm mine is geniune, and it's been great so far.
EDIT: I found a code that shaves a few dollars off: acc75a
Finally got my nexus7 back, as soon as I got it, I unlocked the bootloader, I rooted, flashed CyanogenMod and installed a theme. If this breaks again I'm fucked, but hey, I got a free chromecast from PC World as an apology.

Well I'm not sure for Netherlands but if you can find one off Amazon or some other legitimate store, it would most likely be legit and probably cheap. If it is no where to be found and you really need a power bank asap, it may be worth it to buy whichever one you can find.
If you are willing to wait, you can do eBay. Just don't be too cheap and get the one that is $10-15 because chances are those are fake. I got mine for around $25 and it was legit. It just took a month to arrive. If you have the time to wait and deal with a fake one, you will always be able to get a refund if it's fake.

I currently use CM Messaging but for some reason it doesn't really do a good job with receiving MMS
You can try any of these which work well too.
How come my PA beta 4.6 still doesn't have PA settings?
Because it's not going to have PA settings. They're integrating everything into the system in Google's predefined settings menus or on-the-spot settings.
Does anyone know of/have a TWRP flashable version of L for the Nexus 7 2013? I'm wanting to use multirom to boot it with stock and cm11.
Last I used it, Android L doesn't like TWRP backup/restores
fucks with the memory
Last I used it, Android L doesn't like TWRP backup/restores

yup
my twrp backup was completely lost
Ouch. Another thing, are there any TWRP flashable versions of stock for Nexus 7? I have a couple of apps that don't like root, so that would be helpful to have. Before you ask, yes, I have tried hiding the su binaries.
The Hangouts Dialer is so useful, it's like a free throwaway number
I'm so sick of touchwiz, but I have an s5 and there are no stable custom Roms for it yet :(

Huh? I remember cyanogenmod for the S4 being there pretty much as soon as it was for the M7. What are the issues holding a stable release back?

Not that I am in absolute need of one, but I think it's extremely handy to have around.
Often I have my phone close to running out as its battery life is about a day with 1.5 hours of screen on time at the end of the day, on about 30%
And for some reason I just can't stand to leave it on the charger overnight.
I'm definitely gonna pick this one up soon. Thanks for the tip.
Go get it, it was pretty useful for me tonight. Ended up charging 3 phones tonight.

Samsung doesn't likes custom roms any longer.
Samsung doesn't likes custom roms any longer.
RIP Samsung.
I really fucking loved their Note line. Other manufacturers should pick up WACOM input. My Note 10.1 would be utterly useless in combination with my M7 and XPS 15 if it weren't for the pen input. The S pen with eraser combined with Omni ROM and the Papyrus app is godly.
The exteriour looks hideous, when I removed it from its leather case to clean yesterday I saw the grey paint actually chipped off. The back is filled with scratches despite the fact that I've had it in that case pretty much since the beginning.
Fuck the looks of it though, it's still quite fast on Omni and pen input works like a charm.
I won't buy a new tablet at least until other ones get pen input. For now, my N8010 does perfectly fine.

Did they ever?
So I managed to get a flashable stock. Everything worked fine, but sky go insisted that I still had root. Yey, time to pirate my TV!
Did they ever?
Getting root on the Galaxy S and S2 was easy, the S3 a bit harder and since the SELinux update for the S4 and the S5 I don't think they've gotten anywhere yet in the custom rom department.
How can I get my VPN Connection onto my Homescreen, so I can connect easier / faster? I'm tired of having to navigate to the option > more networks > vpn > click the connection
Who isn't?
Me.
It's not the prettiest, but it's more useful than stock android. The all apps menu can be sorted into folders and rearranged. That's huge for me, I have a few pages of apps and having frequently used ones grouped together saves me a lot of time. Then there's the notification menu. The quick toggles are a lot better than stock, I don't know why Google just didn't copy all the custom ROMs and OEM skins when they added theirs.
The few tiny things that bugged me, like nfc leaving an icon in the notification tray, were solved with xposed modules.
I never knew I could do this but double tapping, holding on second tap and moving up/down, works like two-finger zoom. I have been using it for past week and it is handy as hell in normal and one-hand use.
Anyway, it is ROM specific or Android OS thing? Because I tried it on my friends Xaomi 2 and it was not working.
I have a 1+1 invite, want to buy the phone? PM me.
