Am I the only one having this issue?
Maybe a bit early to ask, but does SuperSU work fine on these new builds?
I'm surprised there's no Nexus 4 support tbh.
Pretty sure it just got delayed, it would be weird for the Nexus 7 '12 to get it but not 4 (though I'm all for the og N7, it's the only nexus device I have that still gets updates)
Maybe a bit early to ask, but does SuperSU work fine on these new builds?
root currently requires custom kernel atm
root currently requires custom kernel atm
Welp time to wait it out I guess (for me), there are some things I want to actually restore from the dev preview such as my data usage and to block ads.
Welp time to wait it out I guess (for me)
it'll most likely be a very long wait selinux makes root a lot harder
it'll most likely be a very long wait selinux makes root a lot harder
that's great..... Worse comes to worse, I just use it without root. I haven't rooted the 1+1 anyways so whatever, I can pretty much live without root for a while (I hope).
what the fuck
root currently requires custom kernel atm
Hmm, are you sure? Apparently there is a beta version of SuperSU that was released two weeks ago that ~might~ work according to the dev. But w/e, I'll just try it, I can always restore from nandroid backup if shit doesn't work.
what the fuck
I heared rebooting or logging out/in in windows solves that one.
I heared rebooting or logging out/in in windows solves that one.
Just did so, Didn't want to because pending windows updates [editline]13th November 2014[/editline] http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/08/07/how-to-fix-missing-home-and-recents-buttons-and-notification-shade-that-refuses-to-pull-down-after-android-update/ Just in case
Well... the screen problem fixed itself, but now my phone's celular radio is turned off and I can't turn it on dialling *#*#4636#*#*. Should I just flash another ROM and hope it fixes itself?
My Oneplus One occasionally gets black bars on its screen and the touchscreen is a little eh. I looked up the problem and the solution is to upgrade from cyanogenmod 38r to 44s. The update was supposed to roll out to the phones in a few days, but that was 5 days ago and I still have 38r. I'm new to android and I have no idea what to do. Help would be appreciated.

Got root working with this: http://autoroot.chainfire.eu/ Note that it does patch the kernel, so I don't know if it's OTA safe, probably not.
Couldn't be arsed to wait for OTA on my Nexus 7 2013 WiFi, just flashed system image without the wipe flag, ART is compiling all my apps now, should work just fine. About time we get this baby rolling.
How many people run their phone naked? I've got a huge ass "military" grade case on my M8 and I want to rock it naked, but I'm worred about dropping it, especially because most of my apartment is hard floors.
https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/HTC+One+(M8)+Teardown/23615 I probably wouldn't, the replacement parts for your phone are probably outrageous too.
depends on the phone I ran my GS2 naked as it was easy to keep a good grip due to the size and texture but I'm definitely using a case for the new G3 since it's so fucking slippery
The G3 I used without a case/screen protector for a week and it slipped out of my pocket and landed on concrete. Yet I've just used a tpu case on my G2 for 6 months and it's flawless.
Nexus 7 2012 32gb wifi running buttery smooth on android 5.0 [t]http://i.imgur.com/rOurdoB.jpg[/t] Has the old 4.2(?) launcher though for some reason, had to get the Google Now launcher from play store to get it to look a bit more modern
I wish I could find my 2012 N7. She went missing 5 months ago... r.i.p little buddie, you never got to see your full potential.
