Well you're not using Eclipse so that's a good start
(Eclipse is a piece of shit)
Anyone know what might be happening here, phone is draining completely with no use:

It's only started over the last 3 days and I don't recall changing any settings with Gmail, I'm also not sure what's going on with the sdcard process as the phone doesn't have one.
Only solution I've seen others say is a factory reset which seems extreme.
Phone is a 2013 Moto X
clear cache and app data of the Gmail app
Are there any good Verizon phones with removable batteries and an SD slot with no touchwiz? Looking for a replacement for my S4 with a broken screen, at the moment it's looking like a G2.
My phone decided to become a CD drive.

Still not sure how I'm going to fit the CD in though.
I've got a choice here, Moto X 2014 or the OPO?
I've heard a lot of bad stuff about the OPO
Also Motorola are doing a £100 off Moto X next week it seems
oneplus definitely

moto x hardly holds a candle to the oneplus
After a week with my Xperia Z3 Compact i must say it's the best phone ever!
2-3 days of battery life, super fast, great camera!

I had my Nexus 5 on standy for several hours and I get greeted with it being 76%. No screen on time at all, just annoying ass idle. Geez.

I blame Android 5.0. I never had this on 4.4.

Just got my Moto G. People are already telling me to install cianogenmod, so I wanna figure out how to do this root thing. Any directions?
All that I've done so far is set my wallpaper, my settings and my accounts. Nothing else.

Do you know what you want to do that requires rooting? If you don't then you don't need it.

I want to be able to access USB mass storage. Someone told me Cyagenmod has it.

plug moto g in, drag podcasts on
(i'm hoping you didn't actually buy a new phone just to listen to podcasts)

Android connects as USB mass storage to begin with, no need for Cyanogenmod for it.
FYI 1+1 purchasing doesn't require an invite for the next 3 days or so because of black Friday sales. On their website, there is also a sale on various accessories.

and in other 1+1 news, they suck at making contracts
cyanogenmod inc signed an exclusivity deal with a company other than oneplus in india, meaning they (1+1) cannot provide otas to indian users
i can feel the crash and burn of both cm inc and one plus from here
they probably won't be updating indian oneplus phones anymore, no. but imported phones of course still will, which most of them are in india, right?
apparently someone fixed the oversharpening on the G3 four days ago. my only complaint about this phone is now gone, so happy I waited instead of returning it. text looks amazing now!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/orig-development/fix-stock-kernel-oversharpening-fix-t2951620
and the oneplus already ships with color OS in china. they can do that in india too
Posting from my new $300 nexus 9.
lol this thing gets hot no wonder the k1 can't be used in phones
anyone else feel like their nexus 5 has been slower, especially when using chrome with it randomly closing, and using the application menu after the upgrade to lollipop?!?!
