i also hope it's not annoying to get sister on the network again, the SIM card (or whatever CDMA uses) can't have survived that
MERGE
Some other apps support 4K in mostly Samsung devices but nothing for the OPO yet

You can just ask for a new one from the provider. (:

the last time i did that though, they asked me for the IMEI of my old SIM card. (I'm on AT&T)
now in my case it was easy enough, my SIM card was intact, it just went bad for some reason. but in this case...

I know on Verizon, they store everything related to the line on the account. They would just need to be able to prove ownership of the line (which is easy if they are on contract) and the customer service rep can activate a new SIM for the line.
Well, my name isn't on our contract anywhere so I guess that could have something to do with it.
You should put your name in as a contact.
Alright, flashing L on my 1+1. I wonder how that will turn out.

In a bootloop, great success!

Well then, going back to CM11 then. Well, or not, it won't flash. I guess time to panic.
I think a lot of newer Samsungs can, and I believe with some third party apps most other phones are capable of doing so (at a lower resolution, I think 720p.)
Any camera apps that actually support high framerates other than the TouchWiz camera?
Now the stock camera app is still technically CM camera, I'm wondering if with the recent CM vs. OnePlus drama, if there will be any improvements to the app what so ever.
Ok apparently CM Inc. Has this 2 year contract with oneplus so the camera app and cm11s and beyond will get updates, woo.
My HTC Desire 610 is getting Lollipop
Is it normal for my phone to sometimes show weather, time and location for some random place in China?
Am I being spied on?? :tinfoil:
So I was a dumb fucking piece of shit fucking retard and dropped my S4 while baking christmas shit, and now the screen flashes white when I turn it on and that's it. HOO-FUCKING-RAY.
My phone is rooted, has cerberus, has onedrive, whatever.
Is there any way I can back up everything on my phone now that I've learned that it's too late to do that with a graphical user interface neatly put on a 5 inch 1920x1080 screen that's oh so precious to my fucking life god fucking damn it.
Even fucking better, can I factory reset my phone so I lose my root and get back a stock rom? I just plain rooted it, no custom roms.

You should keep it plugged into your computer whilst you turn it on and see if you get an chimes indicating it recognizes the phone, and then try do what you can from there. Let us know.
Out of curiosity, does anyone have a Oneplus One invite?
I have 3 64gb oneplus invites to share. Pm me

Lot's 'o' pixels there.
I hope my battery doesn't explode :c
is it ok to ask for advice here? I've been having trouble with my samsung galaxy s3. It's lasted me quite a few years but it doesn't seem to charge no matter what charger or battery I use. I'm gonna try to get it fixed but I'm thinking of getting a new phone.
I just need something that can run Hearthstone half decent (my current one runs it ok). What is the cheapest phone I can get that will run at least as good as the galaxy s3? Alternatively, what is the nicest price for quality available?
Dunno if those are easy questions to answer but I figured I'd ask since I might need a new phone soon and am afraid I'd be missing out if I just went with another galaxy

Thinking about going for the Nexus 6, just wondering whether or not there's any way to bind a long-press of the volume button to the skip track function. This could quite literally be a make-or-break thing.
thats the last thing that should be making you not want to purchase the nexus 6

Give it is a Nexus device, you can easily Root it. There will be for sure a way to bind it.

In other news, got 3 OnePlus One invites. All of them are 64gb Sandstone black. If anyone wants one, just PM me.

Maybe it's music player app based?
Does anyone here have a Moto X 2014? If so, how is your battery life? Mine felt like it ran out really quick today and I've already charged it twice.

I'm pretty sure the only device with this feature stock is the OnePlus One because of Cyanogen. You can however, get this feature on most devices if you root or flash a custom ROM. I know that Cataclysm for the Nexus 5 has this. Why the fuck this feature isn't on all phone I have no idea because it's so useful.
thats the last thing that should be making you not want to purchase the nexus 6
I already know that the size of the phone is fine for me and I can get a good price on it through the carrier that I'm going to be staying with for the next 2 years anyway.
The skip track shortcut is something I use a dozen times daily and has probably saved me from dropping my phone more times than I can count (don't have to take it out of my pocket), so it's quite important

edit: it works in Canada and my god the Amazon App Store is bad.
Worked fine for me, just opened the apps and clicked purchase
