That's why my mom gets so many more surveys than I do.

Someone said something about bad battery life?
What's a good app to get for recovering stolen/lost phones?
What's a good app to get for recovering stolen/lost phones?
Cerberus, but most likely the cops will do jack shit with it so the chance to get your phone back is very slim at best even when you have gps coords.
so my iPhone 5 broke recently and I've been meaning to get an Android for awhile. I'm currently using my dads old Note 1 till I decide on a phone to finally get, but of course it doesn't have the latest software or anything so its hardly a good measure to trial using an Android phone. Regardless I'm liking it so far and the options presented to me, although I'd like to learn more about the OS and modding it, emulation tools etc
other then that the question I pose is: which phone to get? If I were to buy a phone now I'm looking at the One M8 or maybe the OPO but really not sure on that one. I'm also hesitant in buying a buy right away because I feel as if in the coming months there will be some good phones coming on the market (One M9 perhaps?) and wonder if I should just stick it out with this Note until then.
Any opinions or advice would be appreciated
This week is CES 2015 and a lot of phone manufacturers might be announcing new stuff so keep an eye on that.

I really do not like the battery stat menu on Lollipop. I rather want to see how long I am on battery then how much I have approximately left till the battery hits 0% charge.

Maybe it's just me but I think the way the battery stats for you are set up wrong. On my chart (on Kit Kat), it starts at around 93% instead of where yours seems to start, which is at 80%. I think the screen on time counter starts and where ever the battery chart starts at. If I estimated it right, you actually got 30 more minutes of SOT than what it was listed. I dunno, I might be wrong.
Got a 1+1 invite that expires in 12 hours, first one to pm gets it.

it almost looks like a curved OnePlus One with the chrome outer bezels
I played with a g flex at my carrier store and the curved screen actually feels pretty nice.
I find curve displays kind of weird due to the distortion it gives. It can cause headaches and is obviously not for everyone.
I feel like using a curved smartphone for anything but passively watching something would be terrible. Imaging playing a game on it.
I see curved displays almost required for anything over 5.5", there's no possible way to fit a 6" phone in my pocket comfortably and honestly my 5.2" LG G2 can often be slightly uncomfortable even in my shorts which have huge pockets. The LG G3 was a tad larger and I noticed it but it began to border on annoying while sitting down. I may go take a serious look at the G Flex 2, it seems to be dead on for the specs I'm looking for but the size may be a touch more than I'd like. Otherwise, I'm definitely going to be keeping my LG G2.
Got my nvidia shield portable, it fucking rocks for emulation, Dreamcast games run great. It is a shame that they don't make a K1 version though because there is no way the Tegra 4 is gonna push that Gamecube emulator. Hoping they make another version with the newly announced X1
oh god I rated you funny by accident I was trying to switch pages
this is so awkward
refresh the page to re-rate the post to something less awkward :v:
I've been thinking about the location cache on my android, iPhone has it but I found nothing about how to readout and plot it on Android devices. Any ideas?

My god, the Google Docs/Drive android app is horrible at editing documents!

It's always been pretty shit, so I used something better. Give OfficeSuite Pro a shot. It has Google Drive support and everything.
Official CM 12 nightlies for many phones - https://download.cyanogenmod.org/
OPO is officially more Nexus than Nexus (no Nexus 5 build)

This is only for when the locating service is on.
I'm talking about the cache where the radiotowers you're connected to is saved.
CM12 is official for many devices now!

Running a SlimSaber build on 5.0.2 on my Opo. Not really sure if I should give CM12 a shot or not.

You should. CyanogenMod ROMs are superior in every way.
Any update on when the One M8 is getting Lollipop?
CM breaks KnockOn doesnt it

I wouldn't say that, I tried out several ROMs on my N7000 and CM was only around the third best in my opinion. The best one with it's features and performance was Omni ROM. I don't think CM is bad, but calling it better in every way is a bit excessive.
