My OnePlus One with Lollipop is so great I dont think I will need to update until at least 1+3 or 1+4. I think we are at spot where new cpu is not that much of an difference, unless we go from 1080p to 1440p I guess. And 3 Gb of RAM, I always never close any apps, have 20 pages in Opera Mobile, and everything is fine and RAM is often at only 1Gb usage, rest is free. Crazy.
The OnePlus One has a 801 processor. the 805 and beyond is faster, more efficient and uses less battery. But still, the phone is amazing spec wise so it's all good.
Usually if I'm looking for a Wikipedia result I just add "wiki" to the end of my search terms and it's first I'd say 80% of the time. Usually at worst third.
that works for Wikipedia but I wanted the keyword function specifically so "img terms here" would search Google images, "acro" would search Acronym Finder, etc
What do you use on your desktop? That functionality sounds great.
Loving my OPO with Lollipop ParanoidAndroid
Any dark themes for Lollipop yet? The white is cancer on OLED displays.

I was looking for some OnePlus One 4K demo videos for someone and then I found this
What do you use on your desktop? Any Nexus 6 users using CM12 yet? What are your thoughts? I flashed the first nightly and it's been great. The only app I had crash was Tiny Tower but now that works. Kind of annoyed though that Rovio has basically all their apps incompatible with the Nexus 6 including Angry Birds Go. Hopefully that is fixed sooner rather than later.

This is the Rogers "carrier self serve" app Yeah I'm not going to update it.
man trying to flash a rom for my device is turning into a nightmare I got a status 7 error at first so I deleted the assert lines, then a status 6 error but I was able to fix that it finally looks like its about to start flashing it correctly and I get a status 7 error again! I'm positive I'm using the correct ROM for my device, it's a SGH-i717 no mistakes about that :/ can't seem to find anything on google about this either, only thing left for me to do is try TWRP instead of CWM. idk.

Some ROM flashing scripts only work with certain recoveries. TWRP seems to be the most popular right now.
Sometimes that does it. Some ROM flashing scripts only work with certain recoveries. TWRP seems to be the most popular right now.
TWRP fixed it! Running Beanstalk now. Only issue I'm having now with the ROM is it's unable to pick the USB device on my computer Other than that I'm enjoying it. Really breathed some life into this phone, it's nowhere near the same laggy device it used to be.
God the Twitter apps are annoying, if you get a notification on desktop or any other client, it shows up on all of your other connected devices and the notifications don't go away. It's not like on hangouts where you get a message and if you see it on one device, it goes away on the rest. Telegram kinda does this right but sometimes I still see the notifications and the LED flashing for it.
Ya know I'm kinda liking this Zeam launcher.
So apparently the majority hold their phones landscape with their index fingers at the back.
So apparently the majority hold their phones landscape with their index fingers at the back.
Well it'd be kind of hard to hold a phone with your index fingers on the front.
Can anyone tell me, what is the best way to control an android device with another android device?
Well it'd be kind of hard to hold a phone with your index fingers on the front.
I clamp it with my pinky and index finger when in landscape so I guess I'm in the minority. And it depends on the situation. If I'm on a bus where it's shaky, I'd do it like that. If stationary, index finger goes behind.
Lollipop is rolling out to Unlocked and Dev versions of the One M8.
... If stationary, index finger goes behind.
I don't get it, it feels less comfortable and easier to drop. I hold my phone like a controller while landscape. I don't see a reason to hold it another way.
